This place has really gone downhill since the virus. They used to have happy hour and a bunch of choices for flower and concentrate at good prices. Now their prices have risen and quality has gone down. I used to refer people all the time, now I don't even want to. It's interesting that you don't want to help people out during these times, instead you will crank up the prices and make more money off people. No more $15 wax grams, they are $25 now.

I ordered an ounce online that said 29%. As with all online orders I just paid for it and took it home. Usually that isn't a problem. But when I got this home it was 14% on the bottle. I understand small discrepancies. But 14% to 29% is pretty unacceptable in my opinion. I called them and they told me that's just marketing and that I could come back and talk to a manager. That might be an option if I wasn't already back at my house 20 miles away. I chose them because I wanted to try somewhere new and I was going to be in that area. I guess I learned my lesson.

I am beyond tired of trekking through the snow, taking the bus, taking an uber, or walking over, only to find out it is closed. It has happened on multiple occasions. Update the website, update google, or send a dang email to your loyalty members. I chose Green Man over all of the other places I could have gone to, cutting it close to closing time, only to find out you guys closed almost 4 hours early with no update online. So not only did I waste my time and money going to Green Man, I also missed any chance of getting to an open dispensary in time. I love this place, great prices, great people, but this place needs some consistency. I would not suggest stopping by unless you have plenty of time and money to waste, cause it is very possible you’ll end up having to go somewhere else.

great atmosphere knowledgeable bud tenders it was a great experience I do not have any problem it was it was amazing so thank you guys and awesome I'll see you soon! So I came back today and wanted to add that the prices are very reasonable no matter what shelf you look at. I highly recommend trying them out, it is worth the journey!

This is the best dispensary in town. Not only do they have great selection and prices, but the staff here are some of the warmest and friendly I’ve ever had. They almost feel like friends, as weird as that is. Unlike other dispensaries, it’s never terribly crowded because they always have several staff members to aid customers. I always trust their recommendations as well. And their loyalty rewards program is out of this world awesome. The only single downside I can say is that they lost the ability to charge credit cards (but it’s not really their fault so I’m still giving 5 stars).

Simply put, except for only a couple instances out of the numerous times I have been here, absolute stellar customer service. Easy check in area with hardly ever a long wait unless you come during peak hours. Everyone is extremely nice and at this point, they know me by name. I don't even have to see what it is I'm looking for... They already know. Ha. Their selection TYPICALLY is awesome. The only reason I say typically is because they do fly thru product so it is entirely possible if you come back the next day for something you like, it will be gone. That said, if they had a small selection, within a day or two they were back with a whole new lineup. Parking is trash but from what I have seen most people park in the gas station next door so you can leave at the light. So while that is the biggest negative, it is easily remedied. Oh yea, and everything is out the door pricing. Makes grabbing cash for the stop super simple.

Went in to redeem my compensation given to me by a manager Will(great manager) for an error that an employee made on my purchase the night before. My budtender was ANTHONY and I explained I am just here to redeem my compensation and Anthony became agitated in a very discriminatory fashion. I was calm, kind and collective. I went in there very appreciative for the compensation and with all smiles. I started to view a few items and Anthony was very agitated when I was asking him questions about different products and made me feel very, very uncomfortable. Anthony would not honor my full compensation at checkout(even though he was aware) and walked away saying "maaaannn". Then his co worker( a strange red haired kid) walks up to me not knowing the situation and says to me that if I have a problem with Anthony then I should leave so I laughed once and said I would like to speak with Will the manager. Will came over to me and apologized for the service I recieved and said that his employees were having a bad day. Will honored my compensation that had I had been granted the day before and made me feel as an appreciated customer. If it was not for Will and his great customer service, I would have left and escalated this through multiple avenues. There was an Asian couple making a purchase next me and when we crossed paths in the parking lot they said to me " you did not do anything wrong and this place had bad customer service". Wierd and sad story really.

This is my Go-To dispensary. The pricing is exceptional, especially when you increase volume to quarters, halves, or ounces. On top of the great pricing, there are usually additional deals or promotions for ounces or half-ounces. The strain selection is awesome, really good selection of hybrids and satives, but the OG Indicas are the best! We visit weekly to see whats on promotion and the staff is always friendly and patient with our selection.

Green Man is the real green man to get your green, man... I recently started getting my bud there, and I have not been disappointed one time. They have a pretty sizable amount of product and strains in the tiniest building possible. They also pack a plentiful amount of knowledge about their products in this place too! Wil was awesome. Helped my friend and I out in picking some birthday bud for my bud. If you're still reading this, you're not high enough yet. Take another hit. And get some bud from Green Man, bud.

I will not do business with this company after a horrible interaction with a kid named William (Brooks) at Green Man Cannabis. Said ‘We don’t serve f*gg*ts.’ Horrible establishment if that is the way they let their employees treat customers. It was my first time in and neither myself, nor anyone I know will be supporting this business, Green Man Cannabis, or any business with practices and ethics such as these.
