Overall Feedback:
The guy at front desk who deals with the insurance coverage is so rude. His name is Alex and I don't know if it's just the fact that he's been there too long or his patience has ran low over the years but his attitude is gross. He speaks however he pleases to patients and professionaly does not know how to speak. We go in sick, we don't need to be answered in a non professional tone. There's also a medical assistant there who is very similar to him, don't know her name but she's usually there with dark hair, older lady. Sucks to go in each time now, just to always feel this nasty energy.
