We order from this location often. Staff and delivery are always very friendly. Food always delicious and on point. Today they forgot the sauce we ordered. I called and told them it was not a big deal to just credit me. 10 minutes later the doorbell rings and our sauce with $2 was delivered to the door step. Thank you. Above and beyond customer service.

Driver left order at wrong house, next door, and denied he made mistake. I had paid for order online including driver tip. He was rude a said it was already at the wrong address so tough luck for me. He was surly, rude, and argumentative. Food was cold when I had to ask for the inaccurate delivery that I had already paid for - and tipped driver heavily - to be brought to me as I placed & paid for order. Driver just didn't really care to to a good job. Food was cold and tasteless. My neighbor was determined to keep "free" food as delivered to wrong house and it was extremely cold when she finally agreed I placed and paid for the order. Nasty mean driver Brandon that didn't want to admit he made a mistake said it was all my fault and he couldn't do anything to make it right. By the way wings and pizza were cold after long delivery time frame as well as time spent trying to straighten delivery to wrong house. First and last time I well ever order from a Domino's. Food not even good quality, and I repeat - it was totally cold on arrival.

I order from Domino's A LOT. At home, at friends, when I'm out, everywhere is great for their pizza imo. Out of all of the locations in Vegas and North Vegas, this is by far the best. The employees are really nice and helpful and the pizza is always outstanding. I've gone past locations that were closer to go pick up from these guys. Definitely recommend!

Ok I love dominos pizza I truly do, It’s 5 min from my house I can order and it’s hot delivered to my door. That is not the case for this particular dominos pizza! I have ordered here for 2 years and for the last 1 year they have sent cold, burnt pizza 4 times already I’m fed up and done with them... I’ll give my money to raccos pizza. They tried to correct my order and the driver gave me 1 pizza and this dude had my second pizza in the bag and still didn’t give it to me

I have been calling for the last 45 minutes and as soon as I ask if I can have an order delivered a guy answers and says he’s no longer delivering and disconnects call. I called again and the guy answers and disconnects call again. If they are no longer delivering they can just simply say they can no longer take orders. I will no longer call dominos and give them my money. I was completely embarrassed and refuse to give them my service. Thanks to the guy who picked up that call.

I thought it was funny how I called to order a pizza I gave them a different number to place an order and they thought I was claiming and insurance pizza and credited me a pizza and some wings and when they delivered the pizza and wings they looked like they shook the pizza and wings like a bartender and when they got to the door the delivery guy said “this is for you and this is also for you 😂😂😂😂😂😂 just rude never ordering from here again

Placed my order online for one large two topping pizza. 30 minutes later I get to the store to pick it up and it still wasn’t even started. Several other people came in to complain about the wait as well as it was at least 45 minutes just for a pizza. I got mine after 56 minutes of standing in the tiny lobby. Most employees have headphones in so they can’t even hear you say something to them. One lady asked for a guys name because he was giving her attitude and he said he doesn’t give his name “that’s not my thing” he said. This store is a joke and I’ll never be back

Ordered pizza, pasta, and bread. Pasta was terrible. Way overcooked and burned. Can not believe they served it. Then only one fork. Gave instructions to please bring Parmesan. They did not. The driver was in no hurry as we watched him stroll down the sidewalk. I will never patronize your store again. Your people are careless and arrogant. I will tell everyone I can about your lack of attention to detail, careless behavior, and an apparent inability to read.

I have been in the same place for four years. And, I order from this Dominos once a month. I have had a few small problems, but nothing too major to kick them to the curb. However, tonight was extremely bizarre. I placed an order on the app, and tracked the delivery via the tracker. The tracker notified me that DAVID has delivered my pizza. It even asked me how was I enjoying my meal. The problem was, DAVID never delivered my meal. So, I called the store and DAVID got on the phone and told me that he was knocking on my door for a while and even called me. I could not believe that this person blatantly lied. He never did such a thing. So, I had to reorder. Then, I though about it, if he would lie for something so small, he has to be a completely unethical person. So, I canceled my order in fear that he would continue with this unethical behavior. Needless to say that, I will be traveling to Little Ceasers in the future. After so many mishaps with this location, it’s not worth my time anymore. Now, I am waiting for Robert to credit my points balance, as promised. I’ve my free pizza, and I’m gonna get it!

My order was marked deliver almost 45 minutes before I actually received it. I called the store and the store manager said oh don’t worry about it it will be there soon we are backed up 2hrs in delivery. I called back 20 minutes later to ask why the order had been marked delivered and still haven’t been delivered and the manager said she didn’t know to wait 5 more minutes for the pizza. When the pizza got to my house it was cold. 45 minutes wasted that I could have went to get other food with. Which is what I ended up having to do anyway. Thanks
