It’s disappointing that the only dispensary in Sellwood is not very good. Most items I have purchased are over priced. Staff either can not help with questions or seem to use much different terminology than other dispensaries. Almost always leave there confused or disappointed. I’ll gladly walk over an hour to go to another dispensary rather than this one which is 5 minutes away

Good selection, fair prices, knowledgeable staff. ****Word of caution-->don't hang out in the covered area at the top of the steps for too long, it's absolutley INFESTED with quarter sized brown spiders, I estimate there were at least 30+ visible spiders when I visited in October 19'. Seriously guys, just cleanup the spiders and you're set.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this shop. They have good products at fair prices. The also rent paddleboards and electric bikes and escooters in the summer. They have part of the shop that sells cbd only products. There is a big octopus statue out front. Amazing work really. I was able to pick up everything I needed from this shop quickly and easily. The staff are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and honest about the products they sell. I will return to shop here again and reccomend it to my friends.

Has a thorough amount of different goodies. Since we're in a buyers market and I go buy every week and just noticed the place. They have one of the best set of batteries for vaping. Temperature control and incredible hits without overburning, which uses up more of your oil. Very nice bud tenders with good advice. There CBD section is very well set up. If you want to know anything about CBD, they are the ones to talk to.

Last Sat we were passing through town --ate at the food trucks. Decided to check this place out. First experience at a Oregon cannabis shop. Selected 4 eighth's and a edible. 3 of 4 were decent. The tangieland had 9 seeds. I prefer to select seeds from a purposed breeder. Not get them unexpected. Then the truffles that the budtender suggested were 10 days from expired use by date. That's not the fire sale I was hoping to experience. I couldn't go back because I didn't discover until we were long gone. It is what it is...bad experience.

Very kind sales person was willing to listen to me struggle with the latest slang spoken out of the mouths of locals. He smiled and continued to listen to what I was looking for. He went on explaining how and why he was leaning towards a certain product. He used the proper words to explain what I was looking for, not using the slang I was once thought of myself as street smart. I'm sure it was difficult for him to hold in his laughter. He gave me the same service one would expect mid day not 10 minutes until closing. He did a great job . He helped me find a few different products for different needs. He wasn't pushing Items I didn't need or a bunch of paraphernalia I didn't want to buy he worked with what I had and was able to find Me exactly what I needed. I ended up buying a lot more than I had planned for , later after trying these new tasty treats .. thank you Green Oasis I'm not close enough to shop her , but when I do travel down These streets I once lived in a far out groovy neighborhood, I will make a special date with the kind people at Green Oasis . I went here for the first time to get something to mellow me out at night and help with sleep. I had been to 2 other places that looked at me like I was crazy and were not very helpful. Both staff members here were amazing and super helpful. I ended up buying more than I planned to but it was very affordable and they gave me exactly what I wanted.

They remodeled recently and whoever they contracted to do the work did a stellar job. Looks like a totally different place when you walk in....more open and airy, without the emptiness or hollowness that often results in these contemporary. Remarkable redistribution of the space that transformed it from a friendly spot I would stop at if it was convenient to a much more memorable, chill spot that kind of makes you want to say hang out for a while...haha. Killer pipes at more-than-fair prices. Decent selection of flower, pre-rolls [including a 10-pack of prerolls for $20 from a local Troutdale-based company and a 5-pack of high grade pre rolls + lighter for $27]. Oh, and they carry CBD dog treats, too. :)

I bought a couple of essential oil cartridges and only one worked. I brought it back and the guy shows me a sign that says" all sales final". Really, $60 down the drain?After being a very good customer for over a year, thats how you're going to treat me. Okay. I'll never go back there again. Shame.....

Im being generous by giving 3 stars. This is only my experience but all 3 times were the same. The place is nice inside and thats the only good thing i liked. Snobby staff, not very friendly and welciming to people who arent regulars. I asked for the strongest thc product they had and it was so weak i know for sure it was either dabbed first or they lied on the label. My own outdoor homegrown is better then anything they have for sale. I dont like this place and its too bad cuz it's right down the street from my home.
