Chowmein Tasted terribly dry no flavor. Rice was hard it seemed as it had been left in a pan for hours not covered and Dry. Chicken some was old some fresh.

Terrible. So sad to even write this review.Found a sticker mixed in with my vegetables.Called location to inform management of findings and she asked me what I wanted her to do?I asked for a refund of this meal as the others had been fine. But you would think that would be the first thing she thought of! She was bothered that I even called about it, and acted like I was wasting her time. Received my refund 3 days later, which is normal. But I will never return again. On top of this the noodles tasted like they had sat in oil all night before being served. Ughh.

I use to like this place a lot they are located in the Lowe's parking lot and there customer service failed me right away we were waiting in line and the person helping just walked away and left us standing for over 5 minutes without even acknowledging that we were there and when they did get around to us in a lagging fashion none of the food was ready fresh or hot we had to wait another 15 minutes for that and the lady who was working named Daisy was very rude and had an attitude towards me and several other customer's not sure if them being closed 30 minute after had any thing to do with lack of food but as a business you should be prepared when I got home and opened up the plate of food it was horrible small portions that were thrown all in together this place use to be good years ago but now it was just a waste of money I don't wish this type of service on any paying Customer and will till all my Friends and family about my experience I had here !!!

Chinese fast food chain offering buffet style selections of Chinese noodles, fried rice, and there food combinations. You get either a bowl or plate with two or three items and one side. There are wontons, spring rolls, fortune cookies also and a selection of drink options. there's a customer restroom. Plenty of seating to dine inside. There is no outdoor seating. There is free parking but parking is limited when busy. The food is cooked or grilled. Very good. Hot. Ssome items are spicy and you can ask to sample some foods. Service is quick and friendly. I enjoyed my visit and I will be back to eat here.

Messed up our order badly and then expect us to drive back after trying to act like we were doing something wrong. Told my husband he had the wrong location when he got there, then he showed them where we ordered online. They forgot one entree and then gave us the wrong one for the other and our egg rolls were burned! I spend $40 for dinner because I have the flu and do not want to drive and my husband goes and picks up and they mess up and treat me on the phone like I am lying and make me keep repeating the order the number. I have da screenshot of what I ordered, their receipt has the correct information on it, but they just shorted us. To get a refund I have to go over there in person, even though I paid online and just wanted my card credited back the amount of the entrees they messed up. Do your self a favor! Go somewhere else! Oh and I called them within 15 minutes of pick up and they acted like they had no idea who we were! Because apparently so many people ordered online to pick up at 3:00 pm! Yeah Right! When I am over the flu I will be going in to get my refund and I have contacted their corporate office.

Three staff greeting was very robotic, not personal. If that's the case, just don't do it. The food was good, though the sticky rice was a bit old. Typical prices.

Extremely Poor, i wish the owner could let me run this place to show him the great potential panda has. The service is poor, and the food is poorer. If you expect good orange chicken, this is not the place. The orange chicken is almost always half cooked, and spongy, and dry. The teriyaki chicken is dry, and the rice has you looking for a toothbrush. This is the worst of the worst. I hope the owner wakes up and hires an effective and efficient management team. Otherwise, i am giving this place another month before it runs out of money to pay for its monthly rent. The only way you could enjoy this food is if you come here with an extremely empty stomach, since with an empty stomach even dog food tastes great.
