I like the bags but $18 shipping per 100 bags in beyond INSANE! whatever your product total is, your shipping cost will be the same! WTF?!

I originally placed an order for samples to see if I would be pleased with the quality of the product. The receptionist could not find my order told me to go online and place order again. When I was transferred to John, I simply wanted to order 5 samples and was willing to pay for them immediately over the phone. He asked too many questions that had absolutely had nothing to do with the reason for my call. What are you using the products for? How long have you been in business? What is your company website so I can inquire about your address? Basically questions that would be used to profile. I had no problem providing information but I first wanted to ensure I was satisfied with quality of the products as a new customer. THUMBS DOWN TO THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.
