What's going on with curbside pickup? The last 3 times I've been there for curbside I was told at every possible point along the way curbside is available. Called to make sure it was available last time. Even the parking lot attendant asked if I would be going inside or using curbside. Not until i sent the text to say i had arrived was i told curbside wasn't currently available. Update the information on your site for future customers, or inform your staff of current operating procedures I had at least 3 hours of my life wasted because of a lack of communication.

The Greenhouse has always provided really great service to recreational clients and medical patients alike. I had ordered my purchase online and when I went to go pick it up Cj my budtender was very attentive to me, she even made me giggle when she was joking with me through the glass. It made me feel like people care still. Also shout out to Jared, he was a phenomenal help while keeping things moving along outside. You guys are amazing 😘 ✌🤝🏃♂️👣💁♀️💚💯

This place is amazing! Their selection and expertise is second to none, their customer service is exemplary, and as someone who's live in walled lake for 15 years, it also pleases me intensely to see how respectful they are of local residents and property. Truly an outstanding addition to walled lake and without a doubt among the best dispensaries in the state. Go here, you won't regret it.

I’ve been going to The Greenhouse for months now and am still impressed by their service. Yes their prices are high, but that’s the unfortunate nature of the market. What makes it worth it is their stellar customer service. I’ve witnessed on many occasions situations where the staff has gone above and beyond for their clientele, especially after the quarantine.

This was my exclusive place for my medical needs from the day it opened. Ive probably spent a couple thousand dollars here. Their prices for flower have always been high (no pun intended) and I was told it was because of the licensing and the regulations they had to follow. ONLY 3 STARS because another liscenced company opened up less than a mile from them and their prices for flower are HALF of the Greenhouse.

I can only give a mediocre rating on my first visit today. I placed on online order and received a text shortly after saying my order was ready. I drove 35 minutes to get there and was told there was an hour wait. I waited just over an hour before my order was brought to the car. Employee was okay but offered no apology for the excessive wait. Probably won’t be back until they get it together.

What's not to like. The drive to get here is fabulous coming from Detroit. The serenity and peace you get from lake views are just icing on the cake. I LOVE this dispensary! The inside reminds me of those old fashioned candy stores that stocked every sweet you can imagine. The selections are endless for every type of consumption. I have yet to be disappointed. To the budtenders....THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE in these critical times you ABSOLUTELY make the difference! Best curbside pickup of any business out there!!!!

Waiting a hour for a pen pod you can only buy at the dispensary! When asked about the wait they Reply 1/2 I do apologize about the wait, Joshua. We have had an abundance of med patients this morning and we do prioritize them. We appreciate So then don’t open recreational if you can’t handle medical patient’s Go here if you want to wait over a hour

I waited several visits to leave a review to be sure my experiences did not vary, and they do not; they have all been good!They are as professional as they are busy, I appreciate they continue to be kind, clean, and knowledgeable despite this pandemic, and changes that followed. Curbside pickup has been a great added feature. I can just wait in my car! (Please consider turning your car off - wait times can be lengthy)After placing a quick online order, I get a text message saying my order was received, and another that it is ready for pickup! Greenhouse will hold orders for 24 hours so I can stop by whenever it's convenient for me during their store hours. Please understand this is another reason why your wait times can vary!I think they're trying to offer the most flexibility, while serving the most people possible, and prioritizing medical patients.

Not that it matters but I was there earlier today at 4:30 she kept telling me someone was coming I have my medical card but unfortunately the rec customers get all the service. By 5:15 and a couple phone calls and watching everybody else getting service prior I realize that this is just a recreational place. I guess they can make more money off them but if you have your medical card I suggest going somewhere else. At 5:20 I left ,the place has gone way down hill. They move some of the items to the rec side to sell for more. I used to be down. No more. I'm sure you have a excuse for everything greenhouse. I've lived here my whole life.... pity. It's 5 minutes from me. I had 1 item 6 Times they came out to new cars everyone got hooked up . No med card's exchanged. ALL rec
