Feedback:

Not very customer friendly. Flawed process that they blame on the customer. Not very helpful considering we cannot see what we're ordering and may not fully understand. Most of it is that young people are impatient and rude by nature. But if you're not willing to do the job, don't take the job. Just saying.I prolly won't go back. I don't think medical patrons should wait an hour or more after receiving notifications that order is ready. Than be given the excuse that the system drops orders sometimes as if that makes it ok.
