*update 2* After receiving friendly services the last 3 visits, I have decided to update my review once again. Customer service has improved drastically throughout all employees interactions and I have left satisfied each time. They let you use your reward points on accessory products such as the Puffco Peak my friend and I both purchased at a significant discount. This is the way to go as having 1000 points allowed a 35% discount on a product that retails $380. Overall, great improvements. Only thing keeping me from rating this shop 5 stars would be the employee Kelly who tries her best to rush my friends and I out of the shop with minimal friendliness and now obviously ignores me by pretending to be busy when I am in line.*update* have encountered the most rude employee so far. Asked me what I wanted when his friend came in and then proceeded to practically ignore me while he talked with his buddy about their sesh they're having later that night for the remainder of the interaction. Only thing he said to me after his friend came in was the price of the product. Did not ask or say anything else to me until I left. You're supposed to focus on the customer you're helping until the customer leaves. Not ignore them. When they were located in Downtown Bellevue, the shop was great. Employees were friendly, store layout was nice and you could walk around to look at all their products. Fast forward to after they moved to Factoria. My room mate and I went there a couple times after they've moved and every time, staff was either rude, unhelpful, pushy, or just gave off a strong negative vibe as if theyre in a bad mood. EVERYTIME. For example, when I was having a hard time deciding between two different brands of concentrate, I asked the employee who was "helping" me what the differences are between the two choices. He literally said, "there is no difference. People just buy more expensive stuff because they have the money to." Bruh. How are you gonna tell someone rosin and live resin are the same when theyre obviously not? Not to mention that totally puts off a vibe that youre underqualified for your job on top of looking like a total douche. My room mate and I stopped going there until recently when we didnt feel like driving all the way to our preferred dispensary and give GT another chance. Theyve definitely improved in the customer service aspect. Not nearly as rude (at least not everytime) and seem more happy to answer questions. Hope they continue to improve because GT Factoria is literally 3min away from where I live. But I would rather drive farther if it means I don't have to deal with rude af employees.

I love the Factoria geen theory location for alot of reasons. I love the selection, the quality, and the deals. Which u can find at any dispensary. What makes or breaks anyone's expierence, is the staff and service. I drive an extra 15 mins out of my way to come here, bcuz of Kelly and RJ! As soon as I walk through the door and see Kelly, she instantly puts a smile on my face! And RJ is so on point with his recommendations and reviews. He has never steered me wrong.
