Feedback:

Customer service training and team building needed(The Girl With Dyed Hair)Nothings wrong with the weed or prices... however today I was VERY disgusted with service. 3 bud tenders, 2 are helping customers 1 customer is waiting. I walk in. the GWDH who is not helping customers sees me.the new guy finishes with his customer and looks to help the next customer... as that happens another pair of customers walks in.the GWDH sees this.bud tender #2 finishes with his customers and look to help the next people... meanwhile I was next but got skipped as the GWDH looks on. new guy finishes with his customer and begins with my order. being new understandable he is getting the hang of it. as he's coming to completion and time begins to wind down to 10... obviously he gets nervous and begins to fumble more. the GWDH, continues to call out the descending time as we both watch the new guy struggle. I turn and ask her can she please help the guy and she declines and we both watch him fumble. once 10 pm hits she's like "ooo can't sell it" now I leave with no weed. thanks.
