Honestly I love this company. The clothes are still excellent quality unlike most others who have gone cheap. The fabric will last and look great every time. I’m only sad that they don’t carry Long length size for pants in the stores anymore so female selection has gone down but I still really appreciate their amazing customer service and all the deals you can get online as well. Great crew! Great product! Thanks to everyone at Express, job well done every time!

I bought two items on Jan 16th and was charged twice. Upon arrival home, I checked my bank account online and saw the mistake. I called the Fashion Valley store. They told me that the duplicate charge would fall off within a few days. It didn’t. I just called the Express customer service line only to get a recording that the “In-store Experience Dept wasn’t open”. This is Saturday, January 26 and I haven’t had any action on this in my account. Please refund the duplicate charge of $61.20 ASAP. So not good customer service that I’ve experienced. Thanks.
