The manager here is horrible at basic human interactions. It's a pandemic, and this manager's priority here was not to keep people safe, but that she get a "thank you" back from exiting customers, and proceeded to be incredibly rude because she did not get a thank you. Upon being told she reacted quite rudely, she also made empty threats to sue. The only things this manager seems able to do is be rude, immature, and threaten escalation when she should only be apologizing.

Whenever I go to Denver this is one of my first stops! The variety and potency of their selection is top notch. Anytime I have a question about anything the wonderful staff is right there with great information. Also the prices here are very competitive for the area; I always know when I walk in the door I will be getting some great deals!!

I personally have had amazing experiences and service. Very personalable and understanding of what I'm trying to look for.. Yeah some products may be a hot or miss but I think that about most places so no points taken for that in my opinion. Its all pretty straight forward for the years I've been coming here and I will always come back

I can’t say enough great things about this place! This was my first time in here and I’m incredibly new to all the things. Staff and the manager were so helpful and informative and PATIENT. I never felt rushed or that I was annoying the staff with my hundreds of questions. I left feeling confident and happy that I made a good purchase. Best of all, I love everything I purchased! Thank you so much to all the staff!

Here is why I'm giving only 3 stars. For there to be 5 stars, there would need to be a 5 star experience. 1- cleanliness2- customer service3- selection 4- quality 5- pricing So cleanliness , customer service and pricing is where I put the stars. The selection and quality was less than okay. Smelled great, however the taste was similar to dry trim/leaves. The joints, super good price on them but when I opened one it was all dust not keef, not shake, but dust. I shopped medical and yes I give them those three stars but this flower is not something I would give to someone with an autoimmune disorder and chronic pain as they would have to smoke more than usual and have to be able to tolerate the taste of it. If you're in Loveland it's decently close by. Kind of wish I would have drove a bit further to spend my 60$.

They are always helpful and friendly. When you read the bad reviews, its kind of funny. A dispensary cant have every strain or product all of the time. Just go in and they will find you something to get a buzz or pain relief for.They always have deals.

Avoid at all costs. Prerolls are water leaves and they charge 40 bucks a gram for questionable bud. The owner is a piece of work that if there is an issue she wont deal with it mommy will. She had her mom call me and she was completely condescending. They basically stated that they dont care about patients only money. If I were you I'd go anywhere but there otherwise you will have somebody's mother call you and tell you that they dont care about people only money.

These guys cracked my ID then wouldn't serve me the next visit because my ID was cracked! Maybe they should get somebody smart enough to run an ID without breaking it since it becomes the owners problem when they do. They'll never see another dime from me, plenty of other weed shops around that don't SUCK! No contact info on their website speaks volumes

Pros: 1.They are honest about all their products being soil-grown 2. I actually get a receipt without having to ask 3. I get my purchase in a bag stapled without having to ask Cons:1. Low quality product2. They told me I don’t have any points after I have made 3-4 purchases this week. I never used any points during these purchases

1st and only time going to Green Tree Longmont, they refused to sell to me even though I’m over the legal age, and have a Colorado med card. TERRIBLE SERVICE WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! Native Roots is cheaper and better quality don’t waste ur time or money here.
