This is one of my favorite Green Tree Medicinals locations and dispensaries in Boulder, CO. The pricing is competitive, if not better than most other dispensaries in the county. I travel to this location from Louisville, CO because prices are way too high in Louisville and I've never been disappointed by Green Tree's vast strain selection and overall great flower. Thank you guys! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can tell there is years of experience behind the scenes.

2 stars are for the flower I purchased. -3 for staff and service. It was my first time going to Green Tree Medicinals. Staff was not welcoming and my debit card was compromised within 30 minutes of using it at their store. I know it was their store because it was the only time in 2 weeks I used my card. Bad first impression. I won't be going back.

I ordered 2 joints this evening. Stood in line for over 15 minutes waiting for 2 joints. (No big deal) I expected to wait. My pick up window was between 6:30-7pm. Showed up 15 minutes early to wait in line. I get to the window and the manager in duty says to me (3 minutes before pick up) that was order was not ready and asked me to get back in line. Behind FIVE people waiting. I told her no, “ I am not going to wait in line for two joints”. The so called “manager “ said if you want your joints you will and handed me my ID. I told the manager, “then cancel my order”, the manager “said fine” and slammed the little window. I got in my car and called into the store (hoping to speak with someone nice). Behold the same lady answered the phone. I asked to speak with her manager. She said she was. I asked who is your manager and she said no one. I called the owner. She seems very nice and concerned. I felt finally someone nice. Lorrie Schwart (owner). Told me how everything would be handled. I get a call from a Denver number. Called me 3 times and never left a message. I called it back and it was an “area manager”.She proceeded to tell me that she spoke with the rude manager and the manager LIED and said I threatened her and said some other stuff. So let me get this right. YOUR employee is rude to YOUR customer. A customer calls and tells you and YOU blame the customer for YOUR employee being rude.. WOW Lorrie!! Great way to handle a situation and having your employees going around being rude and calling customers liars and being angry. It was TWO joints. YOUR manager caused a situation that could have been avoided by just giving me my order that I was 3 minutes early to pick up. I use to rave about your business and tell people. Never again. The owner is not from Colorado. Let’s support Colorado native shops. This how I will be shopping moving forward. LivWell has better deals on joints and weed. DONE!! I will never shop at a place that calls me a liar and is rude to customer. To many other places to shop.

Took 20 min just to get checked in.. mind you we were the only people in the entire place... We then look at the flower and concentrate, both of which I would be embarrassed to even have on my shelves. If you like stale, hay-smelling flower this place is for you the Fainting Billy, Korean Fire Stick and Lemon Squeezy (the names tho lmfao, beyond horribly bad) were some of the worst smelling jars I’ve sniffed in some time. Concentrate looked as if it was made with -5x refined butane, screw 7x! Do your self a favor and go to eclipse you’ll be so happy you did

They don’t accept a US passport as valid ID “because it doesn’t scan” on an arbitrary, legally irrelevant iPhone app. I lost my Illinois DL while traveling to CO, but this was the only issue I had using my passport as ID at any bars or any other dispensaries in Boulder.Btw, you’re not vetting IDs very well if all you’re checking is the validity of an unencrypted, open source, standard format barcode, which all state ID barcodes are and are the easiest part of any state ID to fake. Extremely ironic considering the difficulty of faking a US passport or passport card.

It's so hard to find good service/product in this industry anymore. I've been to all but 1 of Green Tree's locations and I can 100% confirm that this is the best one. They always have a wonderful selection, their prices are unbeatable, and my dude Alan works here. Unfortunately, I can't say very nice things about any of the other budtenders who work here (which is why I don't feel like I can rate this at 5 stars) but Alan is the most knowledgeable and friendly server I've ever had at any dispensary, GT or not. I've been a member at GT for about 5 years now, so if I get someone besides Alan, at least I know their menu pretty well so I don't have to ask many questions. But if I get served by Alan, I know I'll be in good hands.

Lots of selection. Unfortunately their prices are high due to Boulders standard taxes. We got two grams of concentrate but they unfortunately told us we could not return them even though they were sealed completely in the bag still, we wanted some live resin instead and they refused and told us that it was due to Boulder County's new laws that they cannot return things after they have been purchased and have left the building. This is uncalled for and unacceptable in the state of Colorado because we have done this several times both in Denver Boulder Englewood and so on and so forth. We will not be going back here the Bud tenders we're not very helpful and refused to exchange our products for something that would have been something we actually wanted.

Found this place about a year ago and rarely go anywhere else since. It may be a bit hard to find your first time but it's worth it. Great selection of bud, concentrates ,and cartridges often significantly cheaper than about every other dispense I have been to. Staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable, have yet to disagree with any of their recommendations. Alan in particular has been excellent to me every time I go. Will continue to go and to suggest this place to my friends.

Management is a complete joke there, however the bud has gotten a lot better. All the concentrates are not refrigerated except for live resins, check your stuff for auto butter and messiness. Not to mention their POS system is a joke as well and their return policy is garbage and never printed anywhere. Good luck finding the place their signs are also you guessed it a joke and most of time lying down and too small. Their large sign has been overgrown by such large vegetation and trees you can't see it. Not a bad place to shop you just need to know what to look for and utilize their coupons in the rooster.

I would give them negative stars if they had them. I asked for a Gram CO2 oil and ended up with .6 gram. Walked out the door to the car and realized they were .6. Returned within 30 seconds and couldn’t help me at all. Once you walk out the door, your screwed. Open your packages before you buy and before you leave. These people will sell you anything.
