3 stars only cause they are nice people. They seemed confused about the policy on face mask, demanding that customers wear them yet the ones their employees wear sometimes are lose and allow airflow from the sides instead of through the cloth or hanging below their chins not covering their face at all.. They also demand you order online and charge you a dollar more to do this. If you can it is worth the short drive to Federal Heights as their explanation for their demands are that they are City of Northglenn enforced.

I always get what I need. Quality is above board!! Discounts rival competitors! Sean is the best tender ever!!I need to edit my original post. If it was possible I give an infinite amount of stars to this dispensary. They have done such a phenomenal job managing the covid-19 pandemic. Each step of getting and purchasing your items, has been thought out and has been carefully executed so that everyone is safe. If I had not already loved this dispensary, I certainly would do now. Their efforts are keeping me healthy and safe while staying open through this process. Love love love them!!!

I have been shopping here for a couple of months now in the med side and I see nothing but the same strains and the same horrible popcorn bud while the rec side is just flourishing awesomely but I can't shop there I have to go online. Even before all this you guys need to start taking care of your medical patients. Your bud has been looking horrible. Probably the last time I'm coming in. UPDATE. Last time I was in they also overcharged me and the cart I had purchased is in pieces. WOW!

The Set Up They Have Going For This Virus Is Bogus !!!!! I Would Not Recommend Wasting Time....! 🤷 Other Dispensaries Have Way Better Set Ups, To Were You Are In && Out !! Some Have It To Were You Just Drive Up And They Are Taken Your Order And Payment In Line , On A Handheld ... Especially For Medical Customers !!! They Need Some Help, Ovbiously !!!! && Customer Service Isnt Up To Par.. ( The Older Lady Is Always Nice , I'll Give Them That For Sure!!! Wonderful experience. I'm visiting from out of state and was just looking for somewhere near by after eating. The outside was misleading but walking in it was extremely clean and comfortable. Good deals and great selection. The girl helping me was very nice and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend checking out this place if you are visiting and don't know what your looking for.

Staff is amazing and extremely helpful! I'm not pleased with how they charged Debit Cards however. If you're total is $50.01, and you don't have $0.01, you're going to get charged $55.00 on your card because for some reason they round up to the closest (highest) even amount that ends in 5. Whatever the difference is, you get back in cash, after a Debit Card fee of $3.25

Genuinely the worst flower I have ever purchased. Medical side has shades of brown to dark brown bud and prices are 25$ an 8th. They claim to have “levels” or “shelves” is all lower quality than dirt weed And extremely dry. They where very rude and condescending because of my age.(I’m a 20yo med patient with nerve damage) The wax was okay but still very low quality. For the price. Overall I’d suggest you drive anywhere else for flower. Especially if the purpose is medicinal. This place needs to be shut down. Whoever labeled it as a “pharmacy” was being overly generous.

I enjoy this dispensary because it's close to my house, the staff is friendly and I feel comfortable shopping there.The selection varies, but the Friday deal is what makes it for me. Prices are comparable.

Typically very good customer service and punctual, aside from the few that are rushing to get you in and out. It's nice to see the one of the bud-tenders that always assists me in new products and possible savings (not sure of her name though) The older man that works there has an odd presence, but he seems to be with the management, so I make my purchase and leave immediately.

I have tried this place multiple times and been disappointed every time. The most recent disappointment is a vape battery. I bought one with two cartridges, and the first time I tried charging it it started smoking and almost caught fire. I brought it back for an exchange, and they said I would have to wait in line and buy a new one. It didn’t even charge once and I’ve had it two days. Worst customer service in the industry, and sub-par products. Drive an extra two minutes and go to The Green Solution for a much better experience.
