I came in and ordered food to be exact I ordered a hamburger and asked for it with only mayo pickles and ketchup on patty melt bread I told them no cheese and it had everything that I didn’t ask for on it I asked for it a certain way because the person I ordered it for is on certain restrictions due to being in renal failure so we had to throw it away very disappointed that they couldn’t follow simple directions as I was a first time and last time customer

This little deli is tucked away in an unassuming strip mall across the street from a car dealership.The food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Decent meatless options and lots of beverages, including cold brew coffee and kombucha on tap.Service was friendly and prompt. Highly recommend!

If you haven't tried this Awesome place I strongly recommend you to hurry up and enjoy from the most fresh and delicious menu in National City . What ever you order from wraps to omelets , smoothies, fresh juices , breakfast or lunches you will always be amazed by its fresh, healthy , creative and great taste GREEN VINE has to offer.

Best papaya smoothy in town. The seasoning and portion size are plentiful.Their timing for executing a hot meal needs to improve!Overall, a pleasant breakfast experience. We would definitely go back, if only for their drinks and house salsa.Recommend: papaya smoothy, oatmeal, and the omelette with a bucket of salsa.

I just ordered breakfast to-go and the only positive I had was that they put enough ketchup in the bag to actually put FLAVOR in the food. The bacon, sausage, and a bread I did not ask for, were all burnt and the eggs could stand up! Absolutely no flavor in the eggs and potatoes, I am deeply disappointed. Mabye other things on the menu are good but I would not suggest the breakfast 🙄

Service is fast, great and staff is nice. No long wait. The shop is decorated so cute and looks like it belongs in north park. We had great hopes! The juices were amazing and there are lots of healthy options. I got the chicken and waffles and my friend got the chilaquiles. The food came out and the presentation and portions were amazing. Howver the taste dof the food not so greatm the waffle was too fluffy and the chicken tasted acidic and smothered in gravy. The chilaquiles were soggy and had a bad sponge aftertaste. The avocado was not fresh. But I think if you are going for something you should get the fresh juice and peobabky the salads.

I've now eaten here with my coworkers over a dozen times and have made sure to get something different each visit. I honestly believe there are likely no bad or mediocre dishes on their menu. Breakfast, sandwiches, salads, soups, smoothies, and juices are all excellent with tons of options. They hold themselves to a high standard that you can see and taste. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place and feel so lucky it's so close to me. Their juices are amazing my fave is flu killer. Peanut butter shake is bomb. Their sandwiches/burgers are uhhhhmaaaazzzzinnnnng and I absolutely love their black bean burger. Everything that I have ordered is good. If you haven't check out this gem in National City....do it!

This place is borderline okay. I like the space, the menu, staff seems ok, but it's missing something....like kitchen management.I ordered the big breakfast, which is eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes, and a juice or coffee. The eggs and juice were fine, but there was no provided butter for the toast, the hash browns were not really cooked (no crispy aspect at all), and the bacon was slightly undercooked...in fact the meal was mostly lukewarm. The meal was edible, but it just needs more cooking time....and the food already took over 10 minutes.

I honestly tried to support this place—they’re right down the street from my job, the food is good, the owner is really nice — but they DESPERATELY need to learn to run a kitchen. Bagels and juice should not take 20-30 minutes. I order Green Vine frequently (2-3 times a week since they opened) but it’s always a ridiculous wait, even when they’re dead. I’ve tried to call in my order 20 minutes ahead, but I still have to wait FOREVER when I get there just to get some simple lunch. And I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, over and over, because it’s a small, family owned place. I might have given up on them after today though. Today, I finally talked my coworkers into ordering breakfast there (bagels/omelettes for 4 people) but when I called in to order they asked if we could “order something else because omelettes take a long time to make and they’re busy.”Come on...really??? I tried numerous times to support Green Vine because I believe in small businesses and I value fresh food but they make it too hard to support them.To the owner:-YOU’RE DELI IS IN A VERY BUSY BUSINESS DISTRICT.-MOST OF YOUR CLIENTS ARE ON THEIR LUNCH BREAK.-YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR KITCHEN TIMES OR PEOPLE WILL STOP COMING.
