Shoppers BE AWARE! I had issues using my card so the associate had to call customer service. After I was on the phone with the associate Erik was writing down my personal information from my license. I asked him why. Told him to stop and took the paper. THIS is how identify theft happens. Make sure you pay attention I called him on it but there was absolutely NO reason for him to write down my birth date. Last 4 of my SSN etc. AVOID !! and BE AWARE!!

Best customer service! This is my favorite Express location to shop at and it is truly a hidden gem. The employees are consistently friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful! If they don’t have your size or color they offer to order it and ship to your home with free shipping. If you have a return they do not give you any attitude nor are ever pushy. Every transaction here as ALWAYS been quick, efficient and easy!

Feedback:

This store is a pleasant place when you first arrive. People greet you and invite you into their “workspace”. Immediately, the area was seemingly harmless, even the most diligent water buffalo could drink from the fountain. Regardless, of your drive to the store, if it’s 100 meters, metres, M, or KM it should be easy to get to and from this place. I was accosted at the second-hand security measures in this place. The first choice was clearly the best. The fertility clinic would have a pearl in an oyster with that one… But the second choice, I’ve seen indigent felons more qualified to shine shoes. The cashier, an older gentleman with the sentiment of a “bull in a china shop”. I’m talking a corner office with a desk lap he got in the 30’s from his grandmother’s deaf sister, epitome of a hard-working American, a true self-made man, greeted me with the poker face of a guy who just finished his last stop at the world series of poker. The gentleman visage was weathered, like The Old Man and the Sea. His temperament remained rather mild-mannered, obsessed with punctuality and frustrated by the inefficiencies he saw in others. Least of all, was his respect for the computer, he felt the computer had set the human race back millennia because it was now dependent on a machine to communicate. But there-in was the dilemma, they knew this, and they had chosen him as the mechanism to deliver the communication via a method that was faster than what humans could provide. This was a heavy burden to bear. The gentleman’s shoulders did not droop, his heart did not wither, and rest assured he lost no sleep.Fresh out of the Casino, this character was a first-rate gentleman, but a pay to play customer that made me keep my cards close to my chest this early into the store. I had to trade my right kidney just to get this guy to shake my hand, he was just one of those kinds of men. He was as harmless as a lamb, but he had a voice that put fear into any mongrel he encountered. As I look back at it now, he was just a wolf in sheep’s clothing.Fast forward, and after this third rate security measures, it looks like I’ll get to purchase an express t-shirt. The gentlemen even told me, if I wanted, there was Coca-Cola in the vending machine on the other side of the store. I saved up my quarters for the next 5 weeks, just to get a pop out of the machine. Turns out, they didn’t have cans. So, I had to save up dimes for another 7 weeks, to be able to afford one of those plastic bottles. I then took the dimes and went to the currency exchange at the local airport. I had them converted into quarters.I’m a regular environmentalist myself. I dislike plastic bottles, but the gentleman assured me that if I wanted a pop, that was the only kind that the machine had. Reluctantly, I agreed. All in all, I was just trading my time for a handful of dimes. One of the A/V guys in the back, a true Christian man, used to stream surf contests between his daily prayers to the Lord Jesus Christ. Another gal at the store, was in between jobs, she kept have issues with carbon copies of t-shirts, I think they transferred her to Seattle. My patronage of the store was a first rate stars and stripes operation. Arrived early, left late, typical American operation in the no-vacation nation. At the inception, I informed the elder gentleman cashier; Everything on me, including my jeans, are for sale. He asked “even the Cadillac?” I replied “Yes, but the jeans I’d only sell to a dime.”

Feedback:

I got really terrible customer experience in this store. I bought few things over here. Everything was good (except some minor issues with unpleasant, sad cashier but its ok everybody have bad day) until I get back home (I live 1 hour away from that store) and realize that cashier forget to remove security lock from 2 pants that I bought. So I drive 1 hour back to the store asked for manager, explain her that her cashier make big mistake and that really destroyed my whole day. All I was waiting is understanding and apologize. She said well sometime it happens, sorry I have another customer, buy. By the way that cashier didnt even try to talk to me and it was not many customers that time. I was working in customer service for few years and Im customer in different places but I never faced that unprofessional and terrible attitude to me. Feel really bad about that I hope some high lvl person will look to this comment and make some right decision about that. Here is some information for that person: my purchase was made at 13:33:34 12/11/2016. Cashier name: Tiffany. Store # 305. Invoice #8900. Unfortunately I forget to ask managers name. Also another cashier that fixed issue with security locks was really nice and much better than manager. Hope she will replace that manager in the future. And for other customers if you really like express clothes try to avoid this place.
