Green Giant was the only "all in one" company that was interested doing the job it seemed, there are many companies that do sod but not many do sod and irrigation as a whole. The grass they use is high quality, super green and plush. My sod has been in for a week today and the seems are already gone. They sent a crew out and got 8,000sq or so and irrigation done in one day. Super nice crew and professional. They made sure to clean up the driveway and sidewalks before leaving. Couldn't even tell they were there other then leaving behind a nice green yard..

Darek and the crew at Green Gaint did an incredible job, watching this crew work was really something to see. In two days they tackled my 2 acre lot, removed old lawn, regraded entire lot, ran sprinkler system through 22 zones of lawn and landscaping and laid all new sod. Everything exceeding my expectations from start to finish and my yard looks amazing. Thank You

We were installing an irrigation system and sod and I submitted a request for a quote online after being referred by a close friend. I provided the details they needed and Darek put together a quote quickly. We finalized it at my property and their team knocked my expectations out of the park. They showed up with 20+ workers at 7am and worked 12 hours, only having to finish up a little the next day. It looks amazing. I appreciated the “can do” attitude and the attention to detail and making customers like me happy. They aren’t there to nickel and dime you, quoting you one thing and adding as they go. They understand being fair, hard working and quality is the way to do business. Would definitely recommend.

We had contacted Green Giant in April to get a quote for our new built home. They were prompt and on time for the appointment. After getting quotes from multiple contractors for Sod and Hydroseed, We decided on Green Giant. Their pricing was extremely competitive, in fact we were pleasantly surprised at the total cost for Sprinklers and Sod installation. Considerably more affordable than some of the bids we received. They were scheduled to come out in Mid June to install and called a week early to ask if we were ready because they had an opening. We did not have all of our final grading done and they said "No Worries" we will take care of it. They arrived at 8:30 am as I was taking my daughters to school by the time I got back they already had the sprinklers installed in the front yard and sod was on sight!!They had an extremely large crew who were all respectful and careful. I was simply amazed that by 2pm, the site was graded, all sprinklers were installed, all the sod was laid and they were adjusting the heads getting ready to leave!! AMAZING! They were short a small amount of sod, (Yard was bigger than they expected) and sent a crew member across town to get another pallet so they could finish that day. Three crew members came back at the end of the day to help him finish up and readjusted the heads for guaranteed coverage. That's customer service.I have been in the building/construction industry for 30+ years and worked with many, many landscapers on residential and commercial projects for small and large developments and have never had the pleasure of working with a company like this. I know this is a long review, but I was so pleased to have this service on my own new home that I felt I had to give details. It was a pleasure working with everyone from the crews, the owner, who came out to inspect the work and the staff at the office. As you can see by the pictures that were taken only a month after the installation, the quality of the sod and the installation were impeccable. We have a beautiful yard. I have and will continue to taught their quality and service and hope to be able to use them on future work related projects.Thank You Green Giant!!

Not sure who they have winterizing sprinklers but did not do it properly and cracked the housing on our 2 year old water pump. Now we have to buy a new pump. Fast is good but quality is better. Called 5 times and left voicemails with no response. Also, if they winterize sprinklers in the fall, then why would they not call the customer in the spring as a curtosey reminder to turn the sprinklers back on. It's pretty simple business practice. We will not do business with this place anymore.

I contacted Green Giant Lawn Care because I needed sprinklers and sod, for our new build. Best decision EVER! Phil and his crew did a wonderful job! From start to finish, Phil was easy to work with and has kept to his word on installation date, price, service, etc. He was even out there, with his crew, laying the sod! Diane, in the office, has been nice to deal with, also. I want to 'Thank" everyone at Green Giant...for such a wonderful experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering getting sprinklers and/or sod. Ask for Phil!

The Green Giant crew did an excellent job on my lawn. My grass had been totally destroyed by grubs and needed to be replaced. Derek and his crew completed the task promptly and professionally. You can easily tell they have been at this type of work for a long time.Green Giant also offered the best competitive price for the job. Highly recommended for all of your lawn needs, especially sodding. Top notch!

Ellen (sp) has the worst customer service I've experienced. Her attitude towards customers is rude and quite abrasive. She calls to cancel and reschedule an appointment that we had planned for, and rather than being apologetic for the inconvenience, she's confrontational and 'tells' me how it's going to be. She even laughs when I ask her questions about the rescheduled visit... Green Giant Lawn Services just lost another customer. I DO NOT recommend them at all!

I hired Green Giant for all my lawn care services. I bought a new construction and needed to get SOD installed so I called them and they gave me a good quote and recommended a couple things, like total kill to get rid of weeds, etc. When they laid the SOD down, they left some gaps in between the "sheets" of grass, which I asked them about and they said would grow in when the roots set. I had never been through this before, so I said ok and moved on (I had my SOD installed in May of this year, so it is possible that they could fill in in the upcoming years, but I wanted to let others know). Once the SOD was all laid out, they told me to do things like fertilization, pest control, and weed control, and since I had never been a home owner before, I said yes to everything. Well they started coming out on a monthly basis and doing something to my lawn. I called repeatedly and notified them that the weeds were growing through the SOD and can they please come take care of them. They always said they would send someone out, and they did. Apparently, the someone had been fertilizing only for the last 3+ months. I finally got tired of this and eventually asked the guy who came out why my weeds were still there, and he told me that I had never been provided the weed killing service and now it was too late in the season to provide that service for new grass. Well, they have been canceled and True Green has been hired. I will say that the grass is nice and green and they are very responsive in sending someone, but always double and triple check what is being done and whether it is what you had requested.

They gave me really hard time with them .it took them a week untill they finished installing the system. They did compleatly different than what we planed and agreed. hard time until they did what I want .until naw good work but bad days with them they stressed me out untill they finish and I didn't leave them with out watching what they do I don't trust Thier work any more plus the assistant in the office she was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone
