I've been going here since they opened and my experience has gotten progressively worse as time goes by. This is not my first bad experience but it will be my last. Besides getting sold jars that have been previously opened and no longer have a seal, I really don't appreciate that I SPECIFICALLY asked for an indica dominant strain and rather than getting me what I asked for, I was given a sativa dominant strain, now my girlfriend is mad at me because her money has been wasted. thank you for wasting my money and lying to me, it looks like this was entirely intentional so I won't be spending any more money here. Good luck treating people like their business doesn't matter.

Green hand has the best selection of CBD products. I honestly believe it’s the closest thing I’ve seen to an old school medical despencery and the manager lady KNOWS her CBD’s. Zachariah is the best bud tender at greenhand!! Wether it’s flower or concentrate or whatever... couchlocking indica or uplifting setiva or any combination in between. I’ve had other bud tenders make recommendations and they were garbage Zach's are always on point. He should train every bud tender in town. He’s hands down the best in town!! Stop in and ask for “Zach’s choice” and you won’t be disappointed!!

My husband and I went to Green hand. As soon as we walked in the door Brittany snidely told us that the 6 ft social distancing included married couples and we needed to keep our 6 ft distance from each other. My husband checked in and went to talk with the male employee at the counter while I waited alone on the other side of the store away from everyone. Brittany didn’t bother to ask if I needed assistance for the 15 minutes I stood there. While waiting I watched a gal come in with her dog (not even a service animal) and was touching everything and acting high on drugs. Yet nothing was said to her about her pet or touching issues. I watched an African American couple come in and wait by the doors while another man and the druggie lady (not together) we’re looking at the counter. The African American couple were hugging and kissing all over each other and Brittany said nothing to them about the social distancing of 6 ft. My husband walked over by me (maybe 3ft away) to ask if I knew what I wanted yet and Brittany rudely repeated herself loudly to us about how she wasn’t kidding when she said it includes married couples and to refrain from being 6 ft in distance. We kept our mouths shut to not be confrontational. We walked over to make a selection and my husband got about 3 ft by me to hear what Brittany was saying about prices. Brittany then raised her voice that he needed to step back and keep the 6 ft distance. Brittany then called the African American couple over to help them in a cheerful voice saying hey my friends it’s good to see you. The couple being in each other’s arms the entire time being in the store and scanning their ids while holding each other. Brittany didn’t say one thing to them about being 6 ft apart. Then my husband asked the male employee if he had a specific item and when he said no, Brittany yelled across the store its behind the glass. When he confirmed it wasn’t she freaked out and said oh someone’s fired! She then got on her phone and was telling whoever it was she was talking to that there was a theft. We informed the male employee that we felt it was inappropriate and unprofessional, how she acted the entire time we were there. He responded to enjoy our day. I will not be returning to this establishment as long as they have people like Brittany working there.

Literally. Hands down. Worst dispensery in town.High prices.Rude staff. Expired products.I been here 9 times.Every single time was a disappointment. Asked their tenders for exactly what I want and they were off every time. Finally thought I got a good deal and the smoke was so dry, had to of been close to a year old. Seriously, pick out a product, then call another dispensery close by, 9/10 the other place will be cheaper. They pushed phat pandas weed on me like it was fire, I didn't tell them I knew what it was, 50 eight of what would be considered bongs buddies at any other shop. 9 times, different tenders each time... absolute bs.

Horable customer service, asked for something with good favor, got an absolutely dissusting preroll called hoostagoo by New day. The cashier said the cost was $5 but because I'm a veteran with valid ID It would only be $4 handed the cashier a $20 was given $14 in change you do the math.. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason just saying.

Much better experience going in this time around. Was happy with the service I received. I previously left a pretty vicious review a few months ago, but got to deal with the same girl the review was about. She was so friendly it took some convincing for me to believe it was the same girl i had the rotten experience with. She was helpful and polite in explaining that she was in the middle of a hectic day when i had written the review. The fact that she remembered me AND my review encouraged me to re read and replace it with something less crass. My words were unitionally more cruel than i realized. But what made me come back and change this review was that she handled the situation with tact and class.Good job purple troll;) jk

Thanks Melissa,As always, it's a flippin delight visiting your guys shop.its always nice to work with someone that knows thier chit and is patient while I decide between the good, gooder and best products that you have available.In my opionion; Second best shop in the area.Clean. Friendly and priced fairly!!!!Budtenders are knowledgeable and kind and never rush you to make a selection(I know gooder isnt a word... it's just cute)

Nice little shop. It's a shame they don't have any parking lot or public parking anywhere. I went in in the afternoon and there was only one budtender working the floor, yet there were at least 3 - 4 people walking around the back, and the cash wrap offering no help. Granted she was tied up with customers who needed a lot of help, but when the line formed and even one man became irate no one came to help. All she could do was apologize while continuing to help someone who had ten thousand questions. You guys need more help on the floor during open hours. When there are 3+ people in line you should have managers/inventory help instead of having customers wait while staring right at them. I had to leave without buying anything.

I absolutely love this place. Always cheerful never feel awkward when going in there and their prices are awesome. The greet you going in and greet you go out. I always like going into a place with a very positive vibes. This is gonna definitely be my one stop shop when I need some good smoke. Thank you Free hand your awesome keep up the good work.

I just wanted to take a minute and give props to Miss Brittany! I didn’t have a favorite store, but after a couple of sales with her...so knowledgeable but gracious in her share of it! I’m an old lady and I have questions...bless her heart I never feel rushed!I was so impressed by her, I wrote her a thank you card! I really wanted to encourage her, like she does me. So I’m driving there, hoping she is there, and OH MY STARS...she is outside helping an elderly veteran to his car to get his ID!!!! As she is doing this, she is listing off different specials that would best help his ailments!!!! So Sweet!!! Please thank her again for me, thank was so moving, and caring!#fanforlife#shesakeeper 👍🏼💜
