I'm a doorman and budtender in vancouver. Greenhead has great cannabis. The first time I went I got an industry discount. The second time the blond said some bs about how they're factoring it into the price. I would talk up your store even at other locations. I wont be back in the future and I will not be coming back regularly. I will be letting people know your poor inconsiderate policy.

This dispensary is in walking distance from my home; and yet, I still go to the Herbery for their affordable HIGH quality products. When I first moved into the neighborhood, I’d always “checked in” to see what discounts they’d offer me. Had a $1 off my purchase and wanted to redeem it but the elderly lady didn’t have a clue on how to tender that transaction. Honestly, if you don’t have an issue with spending lots of money for mediocre products than this is the dispensary for you. Yes, it’s the only dispensary in the area so they can get away with overpricing products that they claim is high quality marijuana. Staff here will say anything to get you to purchase low grade pot at a premium price.

By far my favourite dispensary. The Tenders are always customer oriented. Starting from the warm, NortWestern environment, to the most caring tenders, this is above all the best dispensary. Just make sure you have a little extra cash on you. Relatively mid to high range of pricing. Worth every Penny of it!! LOVE YOU GREENHEAD!!

I really want to like this shop. The staff is usually friendly and professional, it’s close to my home, and the place is always clean and organized. Unfortunately, they always seem to have inventory control problems for what I’m after, without reliable alternatives. If you’re going to stock something, keep in stock. If it’s so popular that you always run out, or the lead time on orders is long, order extra. It’s pretty simple. If you can’t order right, then have reliable alternatives. I don’t even mind paying the slightly higher prices for a consistent experience. But, I’ve given this shop too many chances and they’ve let me down too often. There are other shops in town that seem more willing to earn my dollars.

Too expensive got shown weed harvested in 2018 right when i got there then i said something about the weed being old and the lady acts like offended i know my good weed and its not.here thats fersure dont get mad at me cause i dont want to smoke your overpriced low quality marijuana convinced they just convince most of their customers to buy their products cause none of it is worth the price their offering go to the herbery on st johns at least they have decent quality 6 $ grams most of the time way better in my opinion

First couple visits were nice... but unfortunately, the more I go, the less welcome I feel. Last time I went I was treated like I was an inconvenience. (I know I LOOK a bit younger than what my ID says but do you have to give me a sour attitude because of it? Feeling like a couple of the budtenders should smoke what they sell and chill out a bit.) Other than that, it's not a bad place, especially if you live close to it and need a gram or two.

A very nice boutique place. This isn't main Street mj or house of glass. This is the high end side of mj. They know customers by name, they have a rewards program, quality product and a nice variety of everything. It's more pricey than your normal quantity shop. But they make it up with quality product and amazing persobalizrd customer service. I definitely recommend!

I come in ALL the time to get their Ceres Dragon Balm cream. It’s price is $24. I went to Highfive yesterday and found the SAME cream for $15 and on Mondays it’s only $12. So basically on Mondays I can get 2 creams for the price of their 1. Then inspecting Highfives other edibles I found they carry a lot of the same Stuff as Greenhead, only WAY cheaper. Plus I heard that they treat their employees bad which is why there is constantly new people there because they keep quitting on them. Bad vibes all around. You can get good cannabis elsewhere. Even pesticide free stuff!

I was charged $25 to be entered into the medical database.Imagine my surprise to find out the state only requires a $1 charge, NO MATTER how many plants you are approved to grow.They are gouging medical patients.Will never set foot in the door again.Shame on you.

Decent selection but the staff seem uninformed and not as enthusiastic as most cannabis shops. Part of the experience should be informative or at least exciting. This is the first time I've ever been to a weed store and left thinking I knew more about their products then they did. The prices are a little high especially compared to close by alternatives but again it is decent quality just limited choices. Or maybe it's not limited at all and the employee just didn't brand well
