Never going here again! Bought $70 worth of their janky bogus rso and it didn’t work at all! “High thc” supposed to be decarbonized and I took half the syringe and was sober. also, the employees are delusional and don’t know how to answer phones. They are ignoring and won’t give my money back so NEVER GO HERE!! Always no product as well

I've been here literally since the first month. Crohn's disease. They always keep my symptoms in mind when making recs. I wasn't happy about having security in the waiting area, but the staff was really supportive of the concept, so I changed my mind. Lines are occasionally longer. And yes, medicinal location s all over Illinois are low to out of flower. This was expected for 6-9 months after recreational became legal. You could always grow your own now. It's a weed. Put a seed in a pot and it will grow

This dispensary used to be the bomb. And it still is. I give it 4 stars because: the menu shrank, the wait time for help/service and check out lines can SOMETIMES exceed what I consider reasonable, BUT NEVER the staff's attitude. Customers themselves usually cause delays, and any delays usually have very little to do with the staff. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and reasonable. KEEP IN MIND that this establishment deals with medicinal marijuana, and some patients can wear down the patience of the staff. I highly advise against holding it against the staff if someone is in a bad mood, be it the employee or the customer. Check it out, you'll probably most likely enjoy your visit.

No debit cards accepted and ATM has a $300 limit. Had to pay around $7 in withdrawal fees. When bringing this up to the bud tender he said “too bad”, after asking if I could get any kind of discount for the double fees. Asked for two 8ths, and a pre-rolled pack and was told they have 7 gram flower limit. Asked for three separate things on the menu that they were out of. When I said that was a bummer that there’s such a small flower limit he said that’s “standard everywhere”(never heard of a flower limit in Chicago after going to multiple locations). Waited for 35 minutes in the lounge and had to remind them I was there; all facts no opinions shared here.

I went here for a while as a patient and my experience was good in the beginning. Then they flipped staff, management and Prices. How Greenhouse is charging $70 a gram for Ataraxia shatter while other dispensaries in Chicago are charging $55 a gram is mind blowing and price gauging! Look on Leafly do your research on prices and ask why Greenhouse is so high.The wait times were usually horrible, and then when your name was called to go back there is a privacy problem. I purchase in bulk and always had other patients making comments on how much product I was purchasing at one time, or the other patients were just all up in my business. The building sits way back which is great for privacy, but they have no security at all! They also had limits on certain strains you could purchase...what!? For example: I could only purchase 2 1/8ths of G6 even if I wanted an ounce or 2, I have never experianced this policy the 4 years I have been a patient in Illinois. I have put orders in and wait for a delivery only to show up and the staff say they don't have it. The management was very cocky and that attitude eventually trickled down and found it's way in the staff as well.Again I don't understand Greenhouses Prices compared to downtown prices its frustrating to watch prices climb at Greenhouse as the staff and management quality has decreased. Maybe property taxes and rent is higher in Deerfield then Chicago.

Its like buying pot in the ghetto. "you open it you buy it - no returns!" Old dry ancient pot. This stuff was packaged alot longer than a year ago, but the bud makers relabel their sell by labels. Check for yourself. They must be dumping all the stuff they grew and packaged over the past five years, but could not sell, while they send their nice big fresh juicy buds to Colorado or the black market. What a joke. Ha Ha.

One of the best dispensaries out here in the northern part of Illinois..the entire staff is incredible always warm n welcoming n they are all pretty knowledgeable with any question u could have. Their medicine is top quality n best price and trust me I look for that good for the low but greenhouse always has the best deals especially on half n quarter oz. I’ve been a patient for a bout a year n I notice the company growing in a good way n am excited to see how much better it will get in the future. Won’t be going to any other dispensary at this point greenhouse group meets and exceeds all of my medical patient needs. 😀

The staff is absolutely wonderful, and I would totally recommend any new patients, or even someone just looking for really good customer service, to come here! Very attentive staff and always willing to help you out, and give you advice about which products they like best!

This was my first dispensary and was recommended to me. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They were friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. The place is in a nice quite location that's kind of tucked away so it's very comfortable to purchase there. The inside is beautiful and spa like and they offer other services besides medicines. The products were excellent and well priced. Great place, definitely recommend it.
