They don't answer your calls or return them. The menu looks great, but nothing is ever available. Looks are deceiving. Save your time and money, especially your money. They are extremely OVERPRICED. Awful customer service. Rename this place to EMPTYHOUSE. The good reviews are most likely from friends and family from these bozos. No one I know can consistently find what they need. Awful empty ghetto place.

The worst dispensary in my opinion. Out of product more often than having it, unexpected closings, and friendly staff that has to offer you excuses rather than your medicine. If you are considering this dispensary, I would choose another.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon as a first time patient. When I arrived, I was told that I had to have an appointment as a first time patient. I have been to a few other stores and shared that I knew what I want. They said there was a 30-45 wait. Disappointing, as I drove out of my way for this store. And they have no new patient specials. I even called ahead to verify my registration as I told them I had just transferred there. And they didn't tell me that I needed an appointment as a first time patient. I just ended up leaving.

The budtenders are knowledgeable and helpful. They provide classes for those that have disabilities. They also provide one on one help to those that just received their medical card and would like to be more informed on how to use the medical cannabis. Call for an appointment for that however.

It really is great to be able to get medical cannabis in Illinois now and I greatly appreciate it as so many people who wish to use it medically. Mokena Greenhouse does supply quality cannabis with very polite employees. My only issue lies in the consistency of what they have for selection. There's only a few strains they have on a fairly constant basis. Every other type and strain seem to reset for months at a time sometimes. And the sale prices started at reasonable amounts. The only sales they have now are on product that is either dried out, old or under the typical amount you would get for an 8/th of flower. Not trying to burn them down. It is a great place. It's just the state is obviously using this program to suck money out of people for higher amounts than is necessary. Not help people who'd rather not choke down pharmaceuticals.

Since I started the application I was talking to Anthony he would answer all my questions and when I went the first time Ryan sat down and helped me figure what would be good for me he's very insightful everyone I meet there was so nice and helpful I'm glad I get to go there thanks greenhouse
