I absolutely love Greenhouse Mokena. I recently moved over there from another dispensary and I wish I did it sooner. Not only do they have amazing customer service and knowledgable budtenders, they have so many educational resources. I can't wait to take their class about learning to cook with RSOs! Oh, and I'm super excited for the pax era engraving event that is coming up. They will engrave your pax era for free with the purchase of a new cartridge. They also have nearly twice the menu options that my old dispensary had. I learned about their rewards program today. You earn money toward future purchases with each purchase you make. You can let them accrue to buy big items or apply it toward the balance of any new purchase. It is so great to know that I'm building up rewards for a rainy day when money is a little tight. Also, I want to point out that the prices on their menu already include tax. My old dispensary advertised cheaper prices, but that is only because they are advertising subtotal prices. After the tax is added, you'll notice that their pricing is actually very similar.If you are just getting your card and are looking for a dispensary, this is a great one for new patients. They are so patient and happy to share their knowledge and work with you to find the right medication. I highly recommend Greenhouse Mokena! The only negative (not enough to lose any stars) is that they do not offer discounts for those of us that are living on permanent disability, even though a lot of other dispensaries do.Edit: Unfortunately their supply cut way down. Their vape options were VERY imited and over the course of the last probably 5 months, they started carrying less and less. I understand there is/was a shortage, but other dispensaries seem to be managing much better. I have since switched to Windy City Posen. I was sad to leave Greenhouse Mokena, but they simply weren't carrying the products that work best for my pain anymore. I mean, compare the online menu's of the 2 places. As far as selection and inventory, there is no competition. Windy City Posen is the clear choice.

Staff is fairly good. This dispensary is mismanaged. Greenhouse group treats this dispensary as a stepchild. No communication with patients. Only hires young hipsters. Product availability is insufficient. I have repeatedly sent emails to corporate, no response. They don't even answer the message chat. When it says response will be in a couple hours. If you preorder, you still have to wait. Not good.

Did not like my experience at this location—though I had high hopes based upon the reviews. It’s located in a small industrial area and while the inside has a simple yet cute setup the employees seem unprofessional. I met with Mary who dressed and acted like she was fifteen—with a flippant attitude which I found off putting. Just because you work in the cannabis industry doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be mature and take your work seriously. You’re supposed to help patients but I didn’t receive the help I was looking for and I won’t be back. I don’t recommend this place.

They don't answer your calls or return them. The menu looks great, but nothing is ever available. Looks are deceiving. Save your time and money, especially your money. They are extremely OVERPRICED. Awful customer service. Rename this place to EMPTYHOUSE. The good reviews are most likely from friends and family from these bozos. No one I know can consistently find what they need. Awful empty ghetto place.

This place was good in the beginning. You can only pre order if you want a chance of any good product. Also their supply has been insanely low. There is one guy who works there, who is incredibly rude and when you ask any questions it seems like a chore for him to answer. It’s disheartening especially when you are trying to get the right product that will help. The staff turns over but this guy still remains. Overall, very limited selection if in stock.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon as a first time patient. When I arrived, I was told that I had to have an appointment as a first time patient. I have been to a few other stores and shared that I knew what I want. They said there was a 30-45 wait. Disappointing, as I drove out of my way for this store. And they have no new patient specials. I even called ahead to verify my registration as I told them I had just transferred there. And they didn't tell me that I needed an appointment as a first time patient. I just ended up leaving.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Lobby is bright and cozy, the bathrooms are clean.The area where you shop could be more spacious and they could have a better, more consistent inventory. They could showcase their products like other dispensaries do, this might help newcomers like me understand what these weird names like shatter mean. Instead I go home and Google the phrases.Overall it's a nice place and the people are great

They are overpriced and do not have a huge selection. Other than being in a great area, they have nothing going for them besides one or two good employees (Scott). Do yourself a favor and check out other places (Windy City Posen) I had a concern and emailed the GM twice as instructed by staff, not even a response. That is what made me check around. Good luck

Slow to the gate but finished well.My initial "appointment" wasn't documented by the staffer who answered the phone.Once finally settled, the rest was quick and easy.From coming in as a child of the mid 70's, walking into "the menu" was enough to bring a grin on this mug.Always be informed, educated, knowledgeable and keep that open mind on board..

Edit: Greenhouse has really stepped up recently. Everytime I've gone they've had my usual medicine and they are starting to carry a little more variety. They've also updated their menu to include indica sativa etc. Wish they had weights available as well but not as big of a deal to me. Anyway, I've noticed improvement and wanted my review to reflect such. Old review:Not a great selection of all cultivators. Seems to heavily carry one type and very little from the others. Has not had what I take for over 3 weeks, never offered to order something I asked for but they didn't have. The menu is never right and it doesnt say what weight they offer it in or if it is a sativa or indica. So I find the time I am there I am constantly asking what weights are available in a strain and if it is an indica or sativa or what cultivator its from. Just put that info on the menu, it would streamline the process. And have your budtenders update the menu realtime. Time and time again I ask for something that is on your menu in your store and come to find out it is sold out.
