First time buying medicines in the area. This was my second stop trying to buy medicine (avoid GreenPharm)! After registration, I got to speak to a real human who was knowledgeable about CBG/A/C and THCV my conditions. I was not able to smell the plants before buying, however. So I just had to buy and try. Clean and bright. Great customer service. Budtenders were not high! I was in and out in 25 minutes.

This was my first and last time I will ever go to Greenhouse of flagstaff... when I got my order home an hour and a half away... I opened up my brown paper sack and found one of my flower containers didn’t contain any flower. I spent $80 on that empty container. Sad day! All I could do was call and let them know my frustration, and write this review. I will NEVER go back!

Double check your medication from this place. They have a great product, their customer service is usually pretty good but they've messed up my order two separate times now. One time they gave me the completely wrong strain, which they let me return so i can get what I actually wanted, but it was still an inconvenience and a waste of time. Regardless the mistake was corrected, albeit slightly frustrating. But I just noticed they skimped me, which is what I expect from a weed dealer not a certified dispensary. I got a PURA cart from them during their BOGO special and realized they gave me a full gram and a half gram, instead of matching what I paid for like they advertised. I'll still be going there because the product is good (when it's available.), but I'm double checking everything before I leave from now on. I think they should double check their work and update to a better organizational system, or they should lay off their own product while they're working.

I've had the pleasure of speaking with Kerry several times prior to my first site visit to Greenhouse as I procrastinated obtaining my license. Received license yesterday, in person Kerry is just as pleasurable as on the telephone. She explained the products Greenhouse's carries, deals, pricing structure's along with answering all my inquires in understandable terms. I'm a senior citizen in a candy store, imagine Cheech and Chong. From the staff who greeted me at the door, registered me, spending quality time with Kerry learning about the products, a very pleasant time. Like Cheer's, everyone knows your name, glad I came. On my first visit came home with some exceptional flower and gummies, going to try a product they carry that Kerry seys drop it into my morning coffee and enjoy.

Best dispensary in town. They recently have ramped up their specials and offer a lot of ways to save some money or get more product for your money. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and upbeat. They also remodeled the store and have a great setup with a showroom of products that you can browse at your own pace. Greenhouse always has the best product in town for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this dispensary to any patient in Arizona. 10/10 guys thank you!!

The Greenhouse is great!. Their staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and their products are no bunk either. Just a big enough selection for whatever your medical needs, without being so big as to become overwhelming when making your choice. Thank you, Greenhouse! I do recommend this place to new patients, for Sure, and I definitely will be returning.👍

I usually don't ever have a issue here, but today the Select Rep was very snappy. Yes I did ask the same question twice. I was trying to get a CBD product and had a miscommunication but was treated poorly unnecessarily. Feels like she forgot this is a medical dispensary and we are patients not here for recreational purposes. The rest of the staff was friendly and I do like the new set up. Ill update my review after my next experience.

I have been going to greenhouse for the past year now and have never had any problems. I would say my first unpleasant interaction was with your employee “Willy”. Most of the time he was confusing me and did not follow my instructions what so ever. I had to repeat on multiple occasions what my order was. Just to notice after the visit that he did not put the edibles in my transaction even though when I returned he claimed that he read the order back to me and we never had talked about edibles... which was an absolute LIE. I do not appreciate having the finger pointed at me in front of other customers when training NOTICEABLY didn’t seem to go well for him. Thanks. Besides that, greenhouse is a very warm a welcoming environment.

I love you guys so much and I only go to you, but the new set up of the store is horrible. I don’t like it at all. I greatly dislike it. It’s not the same thing coming up to the counter and just saying what I want instead of getting to walk around the store and look at things. It was a lot more friendly and fun for me as a costumer that way. The new set up made me question if I even wanted to come to you guys anymore. It’s just not very enjoyable and it looks a lot uglier than how it was set up before.

I went here this Monday as a new patient in hopes for some good deals and good product. I always buy top shelf because I like my product sticky and smelly like most stoners. Everything smells good. But when I got home I felt the buds, they're all really dry like they belong on a bottom shelf. I'm a little disappointed with how the nugs turn into pixie dust as soon as I touch them.. good customer service however. But for anyone who likes their product to be at their peak, I suggest going somewhere else.
