Feedback:

@ Jeff Niemi. He is not legally able to discuss anything beyond the medical recommendation. Did you bother to look into that? It's amazing how people are so quick to jump on the first idea that comes to mind without actually taking a few seconds to research these things. You obviously have access to Google Search if you are writing a review on Google. I'm opening a dispensary in 2016, so I have to know these things by hand. So would you rather have him lose his practice just to answer a question he made clear of WHY he can't? Either way, good for Dr. Teller. He has much more patience for today's "me, me, me" entitlement stupidity than I do. I think Dr. Teller is excellent. He is a retired Opthomologist which was great since my condition, Keratoconus, is pretty rare for the most part if someone isn't involved with eye care. I walked without expecting anything. He took the time to properly evaluate me which was good since I didn't go in there expecting to get a card. I told him my situation and said I'll leave it up to his best judgment if he feels that the recommendation would be good for me. He was right. I had a corneal graft transplant shortly after I visited him 3 years ago which unfortunately gave me chronic light sensitivity as a result. The recommendation has allowed me to find the right meds to sooth my eye and drop the pressure. I suffered a corneal graft rejection a year later and went back to taking the meds again and within a year after that, my pressure has been down drastically with regulated usage. TO PEOPLE GOING IN TO APPLY FOR A RECOMMENDATION: Take 5 seconds to put your bong down and LOOK up what a recommending Physician CAN and CANNOT discuss with you. It's on the CA Dept. of Health's website if any of you are too lazy to look up where to find this information out. Maybe, unlike Shaka Tra Bra, you could take a few more seconds out and look at everything on there. You'll actually find out that SD County has higher possession and growing limits. Remember, the CA medical recommendation is set by the "bar", meaning it can't go lower than that. Most Counties have higher limits, like our County. Dr. Teller and other physicians can ONLY discuss what's on the STANDARD CA Dept. of Health's limits. Dr. Teller has plenty of pamphlets and resources he can point you to so that he is not doing anything illegally like some impatient people expect him to do. He is a well-known and respected physician at all the dispensaries I have been to. He is also 100% legitimate since I get an additional SD County Dept of Health card(I grow a lot) and they have to verify that he is in fact a legit Physician. Again, if you have questions then ask him. If he tells you he can't answer it, then ask him what resources he can point you to. He will point you to the correct resources if he can't answer the questions for you. Respect his legal boundaries. I wouldn't want to risk my business answering a man-child's questions.
