You guys have some of the rudest staff I’ve ever had displeasure of speaking to. Jasmine HUNG UP on me when I called to ask a question about curbside pickup, but not before giving me major attitude. You shouldn’t be working in a customer service job if you’re going to get aggravated that a customer has a basic question. You’re not better than anyone because you work at a dispensary, learn some basic manners and some common courtesy. Highly recommend you teach your staff some basic customer service. You guys lost my business.

The online platform is horrible!!! They pay some outside company (Iheartjane) to do it. Doesn't sync up well with there existing computer software. I wish we could go back to the old days of the original online app. Got notifications of new products. Kept track of my loyalty points. And the inventory of was in real time. Been going here for years... But seriously if you guys don't get your act together your not the ONLY show in town.

Personally I’m looking into alternatives to this place right now but choices are slim at the moment for us. On three separate occasions I have been discriminated against by the security staff, one really, because, I don’t know why. I normally wait in line for my disabled mother whom I am the caregiver/caretaker of and I do inform them when I see them. Normally she needs to be in a wheelchair but for short trips she likes to be independent and walk as she is able to. Today I was treated particularly rudely because I stood so someone elderly may sit and the guard not only told me I was disrupting the line but also impeding the zero traffic in the parking lot in front of the door. I do understand I did do that but then after seeing me and myself telling him I was sitting for her as well as seeing her come sit and me go back to the car he let others in before her and the others whom were waiting considerably longer. Just not cool.

Great place with extremely friendly staff. Never had a single problem. However, I'm sadly not renewing my card as I have a CA card and the RI one is going to be too expensive for me. Not Greenleaf's fault for RI changing laws - so they can profit off of medical business unfortunately -but it's a hassle nonetheless. I have a few conditions cannabis helps a lot with and as a young adult this was one of my few affordable options versus black market, which I now likely have to go back to until I'm 21 and can purchase at dispo's in Massachusetts. Oh well.

It's hands down the best legal place to get high grade in Rhode Island or Massachsuetts! I love this place, I love the people who work there, I love Hanks Herbs and RIFG Prerolls. I love the police and the security!I Love Marijuana - Peace!

I had the worst experience I've ever had today at GL. One particular staff member - female with long curly hair- was nasty and rude. But truly we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. We know this is a challenging time for everyone in the world that why we need to be kinder to each other not mean and nasty!!!! I go there to get help not attitude! It'll be a long time before I go there if at all .

The staff was very professional and helpful as my wife was ill when we arrived and were from out of stete , they sat us on a nice couch signed her up and the entire time making us feel as comfortable as possible. The security gard was on point and did his job by the book in a respectful professional way . The store managers were extremely empathetic and explain the products with no hesitation showing us all the product examples with full explanation we would highly recommend this business to anyone that wants to be treated as a customer should .

It's a nice day to "start again"! Waking up to some incredible "billy idol" from RIFG available today at the best dispensary in New England!Peace and Love to Hank and Merry Christmas to ELO, make sure santa has some gorilla butter to help slide down those chimneys.Thank you to the entire staff at Greenleaf for helping me get through another year!

worst dispensary ever , you can usually find seeds in most of your "premium" buds . they advertise specials online but run out of supply very quickly . so dont waste your time if traveling there. the "budtender" had the audacity to tell me "humans are the ones who update the site and as you can see they're all on the floor " horrible customer service .

Medical Review:Parking - 10 or so spots in front, after that, employees guide you where to park.Atmosphere - Simple layout with a relaxing and inviting feel.Staff - Product knowledge here is top tier. Employees are always smiling (must love their job).Product - By far the best product in Rhode Island & Massachusetts. Every other dispensary should sit down and take notes.
