Green Leaf Lab provides prompt, professional service at a very reasonable price. Lab testing in Oregon is at times confusing and daunting. Green Leaf makes the process as painless as possible. Eric is always responsive to questions and concerns, and can explain his process in a way that is understandable. Because edibles already have a short shelf life, getting the lab results back quickly is imperative and Green Leaf has been an exemplary partner in accomplishing this. But what truly sets Green Leaf apart is their exemplary customer service. Everyone is kind, professional, and responsive to questions and concerns. Our representative, Kim, goes above and beyond what I could ever expect from a lab rep. She is truly one of a kind and a joy to work with.

So glad I chose Green leaf Lab for my product testing! Julia was very helpful and friendly in meeting my needs. The sampling process and paperwork was so easy to do. My appointment went very quickly, so no long waits to see someone and complete the process, which I loved! I am just starting my business and Julia was able to point me in some great directions for more information. I will definately be going back for my future lab tests!

Green Leaf is the pinnacle of cannabis testing services. There testing is what you would hope to receive from a testing facility; accurate and timely. What really sets them above the rest is their customer service. They are responsive, cost effective, and as friendly as you would expect from a company in the cannabis industry. They take the stress out of the testing aspect of my business and I would recommend them to any company in need of testing services.

Green Leaf was the first lab we used and they were a great introduction into the lab world. They have been consistent, professional and time efficient each time. Our representative Jesse is always willing to take the time to address questions and concerns. He even went so far as to guide us through our first testing submission on METRC, without making us feel ill prepared and embarrassed. I would highly suggest trying them if your are new to the market or just looking for a consistent lab!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would for Green Leaf. From the beginning we have been impressed with the staff's knowledge and expertise and have not ever been let down by their services. They are consistent, reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. SUCH a pleasure to work with - we always know we can count on them and it's a massive relief not to have to worry about that. I cannot recommend them enough.

Green Leaf Labs is one of our favorite parts about working in the cannabis industry! Testing days at the farm are highly anticipated. Shawn is so efficient and friendly and we always look forward to seeing him. Any time we have to call the office, not only do they know us by name, but the folks there are so helpful and knowledgeable and always willing to help us figure out crazy Metrc quagmires. We have run into them at many industry events and have even attended some that they have hosted. They have enthusiastically made custom graphics for us to highlight some stellar lab results and Shawn even brought us an incredibly thoughtful gift basket for Christmas! Seriously! In a highly regulated, competitive, ever fluctuating industry, Green Leaf Labs and Shawn are a sigh of relief and a friendly smile. They are allies to anyone navigating this brave new world. Green Leaf Lab is the benchmark by which all other labs in Oregon should be measured. Their professionalism, honesty, and dedication to provide accurate testing results cements them as our only choice for testing. Over the past three years there has been multiple issues with the METRC system. Customer service from Green Leaf has always traced down the root of the problem without question even though our company may have been at fault to begin with. If you are lucky enough to have Paul as your Green Leaf representative, you will know they truly care just as much about customers as they do testing compliance.

All around great experiance with this testing lab. I've used their services for two years now and am always satisfied. Paul has been more than helpful and double checks my requests to make sure I'm testing the most cost effective way. Even in the busy season my requests for analysis are taken within 3 days of submission and results within a week. I highly recommend using them.
