Honestly it’s not that bad people! My fiancé and I have lived here since November 2017 and it’s been fine. Not amazing, but fine. Yes, parking is limited so don’t move here if you want to have a ton or guests or multiples cars. It’s dog friendly! Which is great but also you’ll get the occasional dog urine smell and poop on the rocks but the hallways are not dirty like the other reviews have been saying. I do think the doggy bag stations are a little limited so maybe if there were a few more spread out it around the complex it would be helpful. The apartment itself it nice and has a great layout! The appliances are a little cheap but can’t complain, it’s apartment living. Haven’t experienced the cabinets falling or walls cracking so idk what these other people are doing but they need to calm down lol. I don’t swim much but the cold pool is refreshing on really hot days, we live in AZ why do you want it heated anyways?! The hot tub was broken for a bit but I think it’s fine now cause I saw some people it in yesterday and they seemed fine. Also we got a call from the office saying that we have quiet hours? What is this college dorms? There are quite a few older people that live here and they’re nice people but come on, it’s apartment living not a retirement home and not everyone is going to be asleep by 8 pm. Overall, the apartments are nice and these other reviews are really over exaggerating and have way too high of expectations! Parking sucks but that’s kinda with every apartment complex. People need to pick up after dogs a little more and need to stop getting angry at their cabinets/appliances cause it’s really not that bad at all. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
