Our recent experience with maintenance was awesome. We were helped by Richard, and he quickly remedied our issues. Not only that, but he took the time to give us extra advice about little things to look out for with all of our appliances, like running the hot water for a second before starting our dishwasher, or how to know when our air filters need changing. He did a lot extra that we didn't even know to ask for. Not only that, he followed up with us later to make sure everything was running smoothly after his visit. This is a man who knows how to provide excellent service. I highly recommend having him train future staff. Thank you, Richard!

Lived here for a year. Overall, the complex is great. However, they will bend over backwards to charge you for anything they can get away with while constantly taking away amenities and services. When you move in, even if existing damage is listed on your inspection sheet, TAKE PICTURES of everything because that documentation will magically disappear when you move out. There were several instances of this. It felt more like living in a dorm with how many times they insisted on "inspecting" units.

It seems as though it's a common practice now for new apts to be bought out after a year or two and the new management that comes in tries to nickle and dime their tenants.The people in the front office here are not very helpful either. I went into the office 3 times to have the battery in my fob replaced to be told that they don't know how to do it and the person who does know how wasn't there. They also did not clean the pool for weeks after the new management took over, and the pool was green and disgusting for over a month.The halls of this complex are extremely noisy as well, you can hear doors slamming so much that it shakes the walls of the apartment and has woken me up from my sleep on multiple occasions. I moved out of this place just a few days ago and they also like to nickel and dime for move out fees. $80 sanitize apt fee? $125 for carpet replacement in one room. And $100 for a cheap fob they're saying doesnt work because a rubber button fell into it after 2 years. Also $100 offense if drinking at the pool. I pay $1200 for a 1 bedroom but can't enjoy a drink like an adult at the pool? Give me a break. Dont move here.

My vehicle was broken into last night. Apparently this is a common occurrence in this complex.Be prepared to have your belongings vandalized and/or stolen if you live here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! When they were “Trellis Apartments” they were the best but when they switched to “green leaf on bell” everything started going wrong. The gate started messing up, we couldn’t get in the apartments, and they couldn’t even put the air filter or the lightbulb in because they are very lazy. Our sink was leaking and they told us that it wasn’t. They also got rid of the old employees because we would request them and prefer them over the new ones. They are really rude and it is not worth the money you’re paying. They would also turn the water off the apartments and not tell us. There are better apartments out there, trust me! They are very sarcastic and I wouldn’t stay there if I was payed to do so. Go somewhere else!

I started leasing here about 4 months ago. Pam was our leasing agent and is always super enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The whole little leasing office seems to work well and smoothly together.The community has remained quiet for the most part! The occasional neighbor having a party but nothing notable. It also stays pretty clean and sidewalks swept, especially considering the amount of dogs on the property.So far I've enjoyed my time here. I wouldnt change a whole lot except the parking. Theres not many guest spots.

Make sure you closely read you lease here. If you don't give a written 60 day notice you are not renewing your lease will automatically renew and you will be held liable for additional fees. This apartment complex is out to scam you out of your deposit. Even if you have your place professionally cleaned they will charge you to clean it again. If you don't believe this place is a scam try to get ahold of corporate. They are only reachable if you want to invest money in them but not if you need to talk to them. I recently moved out of this complex and I can not tell enough people to stay away from this place. In the year I lived there the office staff was changed out several times, and the whole complex was bought out by a new company. After complaining numerous times about my insanely loud upstairs neighbors the pounding noises never stopped. We even brought in recording and a log of time stamps it was happening , nothing seemed to make a difference. We had neighbors from 2 floors up spitting on our balcony and dropping drinks in the middle of the night, spilling them over the railing all over our patio. The apartments themselves may be nice but the managment and maintaince are a joke. We called the office about a tree that was blown over onto our car and it took 3 days for them to deal with it after getting a call telling them exactly where the problem was located. I had to have all my cards and banking info changed after my mailbox was left open by usps. When i brought this to the attention of the office. They told me "its not our responsibility to ensure the safety of your mail, take it up with usps." And asked me to close it myself. I had credit card that was delivered that day and they couldn't be bothered to even be interested in why a whole section of mail boxes was propped open.There are people moving out of the complex like a evacuation is happening. They tried to offer me $250 a month off my rent to stay and a $500 lease renewal bonus. That just tells you how badly they need people to stay they are willing to offer 750$ to try to keep you there. The parking situation is horrible you only get 1 spot per apartment and they won't let you get another one even if you pay. I had a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 adults each with a car and some nights I had to park outside the complex because there was no spots left and people parked in front of the dumpsters. I paid $1450 a month to not be able to park in the complex.Can't give 0 stars so i had to resort to giving them 1 star. I could go on for so long on reasons to never move here. I will be posting more reviews of the same nature on every review site i can find to let as many people as possible know about your horrible complex.

I recently visited with my friends here at the apartment complex for a tour and was amazed with how nice and professional the two women in the office were! Pam was very helpful and answered all of our questions and was extremely patient with me and my friends. By far one of the nicest tours I’ve been on since moving from Texas recently. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a very friendly hello and smile and that was what stood out to me the most. Pam and I believe Kayla was her name are both outstanding workers! Thank you for such a beautiful experience!!

As a pioneer of the property from new, I just wanted to thank the management and maintenance staff for all they do to make to property a nice place to call home.Everyone is always pleasant, friendly, and always eager to help. My most recent maintenance experience was excellent. I was home sick and my dryer needed repair, and not only did the management staff make arrangements for it’s repair, they made temporary accommodations until my dryer was repaired. Wow!!, the repair was completed the next day. Additionally, “Great Job”!!! on the holiday party. It was nice to see community involvement, and a lot of fun.Wishing all current residents and future residents, “A happy, safe holiday season, and a prosperous 2020 New Year!!”

I absolutely love this place. The office is beautifully decorated and the staff are so inviting and nice. The maintenance staff are top notch too. Richard is so kind and is always asking if he can help in any way. He came to fix something in my apartment and was very professional and knowledgable. He did the job right the first time and was in and out quickly so I could go back to my day without disturbance. I love living here.
