G PEN Connect didn’t work after purchase. I went in store where they tried fixing it and told me they won’t accept a return or replace it ($170 spent) It didn’t work and instead of buying a nice vaporizer I spent $170 to:Go register it online. Then email the company about defective batteryWait 2 days for a reply. Mail in the gpen to the company. Wait 8-9 days to hear if I’m even getting it replaced. Then wait for the gpen to ship to my house. Website isn’t accepting the s/n for the GPEN and phone service is down. I spend $170 and all I wanted was to smoke some good wax. Instead I paid $170 to do everything I listed. Very sad [email protected]
