Hey Uber of Fresno Ca , my son scheduled a ride with you to be picked up from the Selland Arena last night after a concert and driven to Manteca Ca ... y’all kept saying the ride would be there all evening, the concert ended and nobody showed up! Leaving 3 young men stranded in Fresno !! What’s the point in scheduling the ride over 48 hours before it’s needed if the ride is not going to show up ? If I could give ZERO stars I would’ve! Also , his credit card was charged so I hope that the money is credited ASAP !!
