I currently don’t live in the area, but I grew up in Flagstaff This was my first experience here. And I will not be returning when I come back home to visit. You can ONLY purchase online. Being new to using this medicine, I wanted to speak to a budtender. Not possible until you put your order in online. I did not know this before arriving. Luckily, one of their employees came out to his car and I was able to ask him my questions, which he couldn’t answer about CBGs, THCVs, CBA, etc. He did tell me to just put something in my online shopping cart on their website (not mobile friendly), then I could call and go inside and get help with what I need). So I in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to figure out what I wanted and place an order. I then called the store and that employee could not tell me either if they had strains that were CBG, CBA, or THCV dominate. I asked if I could come in since I placed an order and get help. He said there were 5 online orders infringe of mine, so he couldn’t help me for another 30 minutes. I had already been in the parking lot for 30 minutes trying to get help. So I told him to cancel order. Which didn’t happen because I got a text message 40 minutes later saying it was ready for pick up. This place probably has knowledgeable and helpful people working there. But I didn’t experience it. They should really consider reopening their walk in business. I went to GreenHouse 10 minutes from there. I got in, spoke to someone knowledgeable about strains and got out in 25 minutes.

Took advantage of their Valentine’s Day banquet promotion, and after being a customer here for years I had high hopes. Pre-ordering mine weeks in advance (with a non refundable deposit), and even after the one day delay, I was still super thrilled. After receiving the bud, it was a letdown. After giving them a call they told me there was nothing they can do after it’s left the store. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years here, and to lose a customer over advertising such a large amount and only delivering less than a quarter of an ounce, it’s pretty insulting. Fortunately for me there are other places I can go, I’m honestly surprised this doesn’t fall under false advertising and doesn’t get reported to the BBB. Enjoy your extra $60 you made, I’m sure it’s worth more to you now than the thousands you would receive in the coming years.Obviously mistakes happen, but not fixing those mistakes isn’t a good way to take care of your customers.

Always amazing quality and customer service. Alex is an amazing caregiver. Always specially ask for him when I come in. Always nice a d trimmed. No sticks, stems or seeds. Have been coming here for almost 2 years. Was sad when they stopped doing reward points for spending money there. every other dispensary in Flagstaff does it. Wish they continued.

UPDATE 6/30!!!I had given this place three stars. They had poor quality quality control and a bad selection, but that price was truly unbeatable by anyone within 50 miles. The flower you bought was always good enough, and randomly it was amazing for a really good price. This in itself was worth a solid 3 stars.Now, unless your one of the number of people that start lining up before they open the price for an ounce almost doubles, and the money that you brought with only buys you a quarter of what you thought it would.It's a bad game of bait and switch that's hidden by a "daily special". Where I come from a day is 24 hours. Even a banker's 9 to 5 is better that the hour or so their DAILY special is actually offered.UPDATE 7/2.Calling them with this concern just got a "We are out, we don't know when we are getting any in and show up earlier on Sunday if you want some"

This was definitely the best dispensary in Flagstaff, considering there’s only three. The vibe was right I even went back a second time. I got some good deals and obviously the weed was dank. I love my PAX pod the drip people were there that day so I basically got a free battery. They seem to have all the best products and good deals on CBD gummy‘s. They even let me bring in my puppies. They are definitely dog people! I can’t wait to go back to the dispensary when I’m in Flagstaff, I even thought about working there! They have a good first time patient deal buy one get one free up to a quarter so you can basically get a half ounce for a good deal. Thanks guys!

Love this place, I live an 1-1/2 from there & there are other places closer but this is the only spot I go now especially in Northern Az. I could say this and that about the good service or the specials but I go for some of the best cannabis I've gotten at a dispensary in Az. Ca. Or Nv I can speak so far for the Grease Monkey,Wedding Cake Gelato,& AMF OG.

Used to be a lot better, They used to always have flower stocked but more often then not I am going here and they are out. Now they don't tell you the allotment over the phone. This would be fine but both times I've called now they use the excuse, "Oh, every dispensary does it, it is the law." So when I call High Mountain Health every other day and they give me the allotment is that just because they are TRYING harder and they want my business more? Cool. It would be nice if you guys did allotment over the phone again, because that 10 seconds it took must've been sooooo hard.

Over 2 hour wait time every weekend, they are not prepared for the amount of people that are coming in, great product great deals, but horrible preparation and readiness for the busy day, will not be coming back to wait in line for 2 hours, unacceptable and very aggravating. I called, they said it wasn’t to busy, I showed up 10 mins later and there is a 2 hour wait time.

I don't normally leave reviews, especially good ones, but I have to say that on our way to Moab we stopped by this place and boy were we surprised. First impressions told me get a bunch of different products and maybe you'll get a good one. You can't judge a book by it's cover, everything was good and the flower products we got were excellent. We got four different ones and every, everyone was great. The buyer for this shop knows exactly what they're doing.
