Even though this store is always busy, I feel like I get 1 on 1 attention from the bud tender. Brenden had helped me twice now and he's super knowledgeable and patient when I have questions. Every other employee that I've encountered has also been helpful! I even had sometime ask me if I needed to be escorted to my vehicle! Now that's costumer service! This is my new go to for all of my 'green' needs! I don't like that I have to park in a lot next to the store, especially in a bad pain day, but it is what it is.

This is hands down the best shop I have ever been to, from selection to customer service they come out on top. Between Crystal and Devaughn (so sorry about spelling) I have never had a bad experience, Devaughn is always there to help with the best picks and good convo about the crazy people out there and Crystal knows how to make a customer happy, this girl just pulled money out of her TIP JAR so I didn't have to pay an ATM fee, management this girl needs a promotion she is doing customer service right, I promise I got you next time boo. Thank you both for your superb service every time that keeps me coming back! stay high

Honestly, if the lady at the counter wasn't so cool with us switching our online order at the counter when we got there to pick up our order, it would be a 1 star. We were looking to get an oz. The price was comparable to what we usually pay (actually slightly less), but the weed was brown and crunchy. You could feel how dry it was through the bag. I normally pay around $200 at my usual place and always receive really good weed. Not even top shelf, but something that smokes great and lasts awhile and does the job right. I ended up just picking up some pre-rolls so the trip wasn't a complete loss. Tomorrow I'm hoping my normal place is open so I can get some quality weed without breaking the bank. 😕

I used to like this place, but I got tired of going in and asking for a specific product from their website that was listed as on sale and having the budtender respond with "Do we even have that strain/product? I've never seen/heard of it" I feel like your workers should know and recognize the sales you post on your website. This happens to me and my friends at least 60% of the time

Giving two stars due to location... Everytime I have gone into this shop Its been a bad experience overall. Budtenders are slow not very customer service oriented,always having a conversation with other customers or budtenders never are they in a good mood which brings the vibes down. Ive had to repeat what I wanted on multiple occasions they dont know what product they have I was just there and asked to see their concentrates lower than $17 a gram and was told they didnt have any but when I said they did online he responded with "oh lemme take a look oh yea we do have $16 grams" and the people who go in there are something else, most of the time they dont know what they want or what to ask for which then causes the budtenders to work slowly as well.

I had posted a review about a month ago, figured I would give it a try again. Nope even worse than before, the concentrate prices went up in price even more! Terrible, I'll stick with Kush21......Completely out of their gords!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣these fools think they can charge top price for crappy concentrates. I've never seen such expensive prices I'm officially over it, hope you all catch the drift lmao!

This store is very professional and has the most variety I have seen in the king county area. It has great deals everyday, my favorite being on sundays for 20% off vape or concentrates as well as 15% off everything on Monday’s and they have a points system! :) Average prices for those brands you love but with the discounts in place, you have the ability to get a favorite brand off for a certain amount. This is my new favorite place and I highly recommend it. Customer service is good, depends on day and person like everywhere else but generally staff is usually very friendly and very helpful :3

Very efficient service with knowledgeable staff, high volume in customers, nice variety of products when fully stocked. If you find something good while your there stock up on it cause it most likely won't be there next time you go. I've had some of the best strains from their vendors like Rocket, TopCut, Virginia Co, and Artisan but have never seen the strains again so make sure you get yours while your there because the good strains go fast and don't come back.

Every time I pre order I get the wrong item, I make sure I double check now. Today I went and bought my pre order and added a joint because they were 20% off and the teller didn’t give me 10% off my pre ordered items I guess because of the joint. I ended up putting some items back because it was much more than I thought it would be and I didn’t figure out why until I left.Basically be really really aware when shopping here because the people helping you don’t really know what their doing with the POS system they use and tend to screw you over. Other than this this place has a wide selection and a good variety of price points. I would recommend Dockside or the Stashbox over them though

Best shop I have been to. Greenside is off of Pac Hwy. The parking lot is huge with part paved part not. At night the lot has no lights. However I have noticed a police car in the corner most nights which is great security.There are 1-2 large inside security that checks ID before you can enter the room with the cannabis. There is a small glass section in front with a variety of smoking accessories.Greenside rarely has more than 5 people waiting in line other than Saturday nights. They do a great job of making sure they have enough employees to handle the traffic.If you know what you want you also can order it online so it will be held for you without exchanging money. It also gets you a 10% discount for ordering online.You also get to pass by people waiting in line and pay and go fast.But if you want the best results is to find a budtender that understands what you like and in my case recently met Andrew and realized our tastes were uncanny how we had the same tastes down to the size flower we like. There are lots of friendly employees here and at other dispensaries but the employee should know what they sell.I have yet to even hear an argument much less anything more serious at any dispensary including this one.Customers are generally silent or speaking quietly. There are no people hanging out in front that dont belong there. It is a comfortable and safe feeling environment. Dispensaries probably have the most well behaved customers of any type of store.Greenside is the closest to me but if they are ever out if what I need I have a few others and I will go a fairly long way to get what I want.Also they never rush you. When it is your turn you are the focus. All employees I have come in contact with were friendly.And as a topper they are open early and close late. Nice.Note: Greenside only accepts cash.They have 2 ATMs in front though.Also the run daily discounts.Greenside remains the best dispensary I have been to so far. I cant recall a bad experience there. Give them a try.
