First and foremost, they accept my HSA to pay for Doctor visits. A+ for that. Second, the staff is amazing. Quite literally every interaction I’ve had, and anyone I’ve recommended to them has had, is stellar. 3 instances that I personally witnessed or was directly involved with that stood out as exceptional service are:1) I maxed out my default limit on inhalation MGs (an already absurd number), I went pretty hard when I first got my card. I’m at the dispensary and I don’t have enough MGs to get what I want. I go outside and call Greenstar. Within 10 mins they added 7000 more MGs! Went back in and got my order completed.2) With a Coworker that I recommended to use Greenstar to get their card, on our way to a dispensary. We’re on our lunch hour, so time is limited. On the way, she remembers that she never requested to turn on flower. She calls Greenstar on the way! We get there and flower is turned on for her.3) I renewed my card with them recently and was given a heck of a discount card to my favorite shop. I go to the shop with a plan to use the discount card and get all kinds of cool stuff. Had it planned all week, waiting for payday. Payday rolls around, I head over lunch break. I lost the discount card. I call Greenstar, they said NO PROBLEM COME GET ANOTHER! (To put a value to this discount card, I was going to use 1 of the 3 options on it for $75 off of a $150 purchase).What I’m really trying to genuinely drive at, is from a customers perspective, Greenstar really cares. They employ people who really care, and will help you not only get your card, but give you excellent customer service after. To anyone thinking of getting your Medical Marijuana card in Central Florida, I sincerely urge you to just give them a call and see what you’ll need to get started. They’re more than happy to help you, just like they were for me and everyone I’ve recommended to them.

Brandon shows vast knowledge and experience with Cannabis products, and the human body's physiological functions. He gave me a 5-pill sample of CBD to prove his point. As a customer with severe swelling and in pain (TNBC), he assisted me by "cutting to the chase" during the online enrollment in the Florida Health Department's Registry for Medical Marijuana Use. I shall be forever thankful. Brandon, you'll see me again. Received my registry email yesterday 9-business days after completing application. Brandon made it happen, Thanks again.

Greenstar is located in Dr Chester Miltenberger's office on Sun Drive in Lk Mary, FL. Branden or Patti are your point of contacts. They have both been very helpful when I went in for assistance. Branden was exceptionally helpful the last time I went in and made sure that I had enough mgs. The office is clean and neat with Greenstar at the end of the office hall. Dr Miltenberger's staff is also helpful and will assist you with your needs. So Greenstar gets 5 big ones. (Stars)

MS. Patty was so wonderful and helpful to getting me in right away and getting my paperwork squared away and even wrote me a letter to help me in a personal situation. Her son Brandon was amazing in getting my records and both were extremely knowledgeable and helped answer any questions I had. I had my 2 year old with me and and the staff was even helpful with her and keeping entertained. I would highly recommend this place the staff alone are amazing and so knowledgeable and helpful they went above and beyond for me today and am one happy patient.

———6.28.2018 update: There I was sitting at surfers I only had 250mg. Then I call Green Star medical and they quickly able to make a change to my recommendation in under 15 Minutes. This is the True “Orlando marijuana Doctor”——Renewal update: 4.24.2018 such an amazing experience, patty is always doing an amazing job making sure her customers need are met. Also thank you for swinging me to surterra, there product is amazing! ---Update 09/28/2017 this Doctor continues too amaze me with there kindness and customer Service, Highly Recommendation this doctor above all others!!!!!!Garrett has such amazing customer service he went above & beyond to help me with filling out my patient information to receive my card. Doctor him self a little short, but understandable with the amount of patients. Highly, Highly recommend this location for any future patients.

Garrett is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, patient & kind. After a dispensary delivered the wrong Cannabis to us, he went above & beyond to correct this bad situation. He spent much of his personal time on the phone with us making sure we received the correct Cannabis and also being very patient in explaining to us the different choices we have. He strives to make sure all of his patients are 100% satisfied & we definitely were. I would highly recommend Garrett ! Thank you so much!

I'm so thankful to have such a local cannabis expert, my dad is a 8 year combat veteran who suffers from PTSD and thanks to this amazing doctors recommendation to use cannabis I feel I finally have my dad back. They have amazing customer Service they almost seem available 24/7! And especially Garrett he has helped my dad navigate to difficult application process! Best doctor around!!
