1st time customer. I did not buy low end stuff but in one of the packages alone I got 5 seeds. I ordered a half ounce and received 4 blacked out sealed packages. No option to see it. Cutting and cleaning appeared to have been done by a newbie maybe ? Why did it not come in a package that can be inspected without opening it, if we are forced to order only online right now? No bigger buds and the smaller ones were crushed from the packaging. Will definitely be looking for some place else. Staff seemed ok over phone.

Even though I had one bad experience I think it was because recreational was just rolled out. Every other visit was absolutely outstanding. I recommend coming here.My one bad experience: I'm a medical patient that travels 3.5 hours. I called first and they had V pod vape carts and some of my 100mg capsules. So I arrive no 100mg capsules and vape carts were only available at the higher recreational prices. So I left with nothing. My bud tender was neither warm welcoming or helpful. They have been phenomenal in the past. Also wish separate store for medical as there were tons of people and it felt intense and overwhelming, I have a mental illness. This is the opposite compared to the past when it was only medical. Looking forward to coming back and the recreational influx settling down.

Pricing of flower was $6+ higher than listed on the website... Not a huge fan of bait and switches. Prices are reasonable, but large inconsistentcies between the website and store FEELS shady even if it isn'tVery nice store and people.

Very nice store, super friendly people, highway robbery rec prices but that's not why I took a star off (prices are absurd at all the Ann Arbor dispensaries for now). Selection here was very small compared to other places, the store itself is small. But, it can still be a winner and come through if lines are long at other places. Worth stopping by, for sure.

Yes this dispensary is Recreational!!!! I stood in the line about 15min before they opened up at 10am and the line was not that long. They let 8 people in at a time.Once the crowd of 8 people is inside they check/scan in your ID and be seated to wait for the bud tender to call your name.When the bud tender calls you back u go into the viewing room(were they keep all the product for sale that day)and pick out what's best for you!Great staffThe only reason to give 4 stars is because there weren't any prerolls left and not much to choose from for the recreational customersOverall it was a great experience!!

Pro: The location is accessible and the website has a pleasant aesthetic.Cons: High prices, extremely limited menu (there was only one strain available for rec customers as of 12/17), very cramped interior, inconsistent staff (front desk worker was very pleasant and helpful, the counter worker couldn't figure out how to log into the system, dropped my money several times, gave vague product descriptions, and was generally confused/unhelpful)Additionally, the company advertised sales online without specifying that they're medical-only: I went because of an advertised buy 4 get 1 sale, only to be told that I wouldnt be able to access it.Overall I was very disappointed in GreenStone and do not plan on returning, as other vendors can offer way more choices at much better prices. :/

Greenstone gets 1 star from me because the sales staff was completely useless AND they only had 3 strains of flower (all indicas) and 2 overpriced vape cartridges that require proprietary batteries. I asked questions and got one-word answers if they answered me at all. I even said (verbatim) "I don't know what any of this means, I need help choosing, can you help me?" to which the clerk replied "It's good." Thanks for that 😒I drove 3hrs to get there AT opening, waited in line for about 45 minutes, and they had already run out of edibles. All of this was pretty much as expected and doesn't really factor into this review--it's the awful customer service that cost them my support. I left without buying anything which, needless to say, was EXTRAORDINARILY disappointing. I will never return to this store and strongly encourage recreational shoppers to go elsewhere.

Arrived at 12:45pm to find out all they had were cartridges. No one was at the door telling people this so we waited 10 minutes in line for no reason. Additionally, the prices/sales/quantities listed on their website are only for medical and do not apply to recreational. Limit to 1/8th for recreational despite their website listing 1/4, 1/2, 1oz prices. All around disappointing experience. I went somewhere else and got what I was looking for within 30min. It's disappointing some of these provision centers are still unprepared 3wks into this.

Green Sunday, the much awaited day of legal recreational sales in Michigan. A friend and I drove from Battle Creek (an hour and a half drive) to go to the city that has always been at forefront of legalization. We had expected lines, and came dressed for the weather. After waiting 3 hours, we had been informed the pre-rolls had run out. It was kind of a bummer, but I came with cash in hand to purchase some of that tasty flower that only comes from a well regulated establishment. After waiting in line for 5 hours, the menu list no longer contained flower. It happened, they "ran out." Not wanting it to be a complete waste of a day, we decided to wait and see what this concentrate was all about. After another 45 minutes, we finally made it inside. A little more than six hours in line, we finally made it inside. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me get the things I needed to consume the newly purchased product. The product itself was great, and was as advertised. While in the shop, I overheard the employees discussing that they had two pounds set aside for opening day, and another ready to go for tomorrow. I was appalled, I waited in line for six hours and was told the inventory was depleted. In fact, they had more flower on hand and were just saving it for the next day. Super disappointed.

Nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff.However, the process is far too slow, averaging 1 transaction about every 4-5 minutes. If there are only 25 people in front of you, expect to wait outside almost 2 hours. There are simply not enough staff or cash registers to keep consistent movement. They could probably double their sales rate if they created order-sheets and handed them to customers in line so they could check boxes of each product they want to buy before they make it to the register.
