The Student Nurse was great and Dr Singh was concerned and very understanding to our needs and helped us understand about my husbands health issue . Thank you so very much. We are on a plan to get my husband better.

Had my first appointment with a nurse practitioner Miss Heidi.When I walked in I immediately noticed a very foul smell which is why they don't get 5 stars. The receptionist and medical assistants were friendly and professional. Wait time was less then 20 minutes. And my nurse practitioner listened to all of my concerns and made a plan personalized for me. I did not feel rushed or like my problems were imaginary . That is truly appreciate it! I would definitely recommend Rancho Wellness in Upland.

I had to switch from my old doctor to this practice. I really liked my old practice but they became a little bigger then they could handle. I had to make appointments months out and they wouldnt even be able to refill my inhaler prescription for months . I am so glad I switched to this practice. They are so friendly and work with me to get me seen sometimes that day. Its still new with them but so far so good. Heidi is very nice and never seems to rush me. The way they conduct business is very refreshing. Thank you Rancho Wellness!

I've been a patient here and so has my teen daughter, for about 2 years. I've seen Jessica Vanderkallen, Heidi Larson, Barbara Santa Cruz, and Dr. Singh.I truly appreciate the functional medicine method they practice in solving the root cause of issues vs just writing a prescription without figuring out what the cause is.All of the practitioners are very professional and take time to talk to you about all aspect of your health, even your diet! The staff is very kind and one of the best office staff I've ever encountered.Would highly recommend this office!

Great staff, excellent customer service and care. However, due to the highly recommended reviews, you will not be able to see the doctor for two weeks.... you might be dead by then. But don't come here unless it is for a routine... it can wait, no rush, time is of no concern, I don't care about my health.... type of visit. The practice needs about 5 more doctors like Singh and then this would be a five star location. Staff is knowledgeable, straight to the point, no nonsense, try not to waste your time, type of people. Many people change their GP doctor to here, but you must understand, this doctor is great and the whole tri-county knows it, therefore no immediate visit is available. Kind of hard to live with a medical condition that arises suddenly and then wait two weeks to get the doctor to look at you. You could be dead by then.....
