Standard dispensary with what you'd expect. Do Not Get Your Card Through Them! For being such an important process, the recommendation was hastily scrawled with a host of errors which was a struggle in itself to get. You're an afterthought to them after they get your money and there are much more reliable ways to get your card

So far I am highly disappointed. Filled out all the necessary paperwork, then told that a Dr would contact me on zoom by 6pm. 6pm came & went without a call. Another 24 hours has come & gone. No doctor call. Im beginning to wonder if its all a scam. I paid cash to download an app & wait around. Still nothing. I will be seeking a refund since no services were rendered.

I was a regular here --- until yesterday 8-23-19. Visit 1-2 times per week they know me by my face)This dispinsary has a special 1-2 times a week offering 4 strains at $100 a half.. and unfortunately Its usually the same strains.... Yesterday I went at 6:30 pm .(( Drove thru traffic that was horrible )) all to get this special. I always look at the selection online before I arrived. However this time I get there and the only strain left on special is 1..... They said sorry out of the others... Yet today I look online same strains offered yesterday but today it's a quarter special... Thought you were out?? I left there yesterday empty handed. No loyalty points or insentive to keep returning anymore. ? Time before this the prices didn't match the tv screens in both areas. I'm disappointed. Kara Washington

Very, very bad experience with these folk. They say they will fill out the on-line application for you. You need to double check what they enter. They made THREE clerical errors on my one application, which caused my card to be sent to an address which doe not exist. Not one, not two, but THREE errors on one address. Wrong street, wrong house number and wrong zip code. When I called them after waiting a month, after my acceptance email, to ask if there was a problem with the application, I was given the brush-off. "Be patient" I was told. They never took the time to double check that what I gave them as my address was what they typed into the system They did not care enough to look into my problem. It took me a month of phone calls to my state senator and state rep. and the state health dept. to get this mess straightened out. Go somewhere else for your needs. Avoid this clinic unless you want to wait forever for a card that will never arrive.
