Feedback:
Good selection of concentrates for good price. Flower prices are kind of high and flower isn't that great. Sometimes the staff are super friendly and helpful other times they just seem like they want you to get your stuff and leave as soon as possible. Very hit or miss on customer service. Definitely a spot to check out if you want decent concentrates for a decent price.

I’m a person who usually wants to get in and get out of the dispensary, and skip the sales-pitch. But wow! I loved my experience at GroHi! I’d already looked at their online menu and had an idea of what I was going to get, went in and was so pleasantly surprised by what I found! A great selection at great prices, they have flower from some of my favorite farms for cheaper than I’ve found anywhere else. Just for fun I had a look at their shelves while my order was being weighed up, and WOW! I’ll be back!

Uknowledgable, rude staff. They would not exchange an unopened cartridge 2 minutes after selling it to me even though I asked multiple times to make sure it wasnt a flavored one. It was. The budtender claimed all cartridges must be made with non-cannabis derived terpenes (lol) and would not work with me even though he sold me something I asked him not too.I would gladly pay more elsewhere for friendly service and intelligent budtenders.

Very poor customer service. It is my local shop, but today the service was terrible. I had been sending folks I know to this establishment, but will no longer. I mentioned this wile leaving and was simply laughed at.Reviewed by a regular, non-tweaker/scumbag who works for a living. I also dont write reviews either, but they went the extra mile to deserve it. I welcome the actual owner to reach out and give a care. Doubtful based upon the employees.

Awesome smoke shop. Very fair prices. I mainly buy flower and have been very happy gettin a great deal on good flaverful buds hands down best $9 eights in town ive found yet. Stock rotates but quality dont furthermore the terps have been awesome on each strain ive tried. Clean distinct flavors. That fluctuate between strains this means variety some places will have 30 kinds of bud but it all taste the same. Not here i absolutly reccomend grohi stations for flower. I cant speak on their other products as ive only bought flower but im sure based on the grade A customer service and fair prices. They either got it or will point u in the right direction. They are cool a.f in there.

Went in last week for an oz and got the absolutle worst bag of my life!!! First the budtender didn't wear gloves while handling my medication, and the weed was horrible. She was suppose to go through and rid it of stems and after maybe a 1/4 she stopped. I got 9.8grams of 28 because there were so many seeds. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE THE WORST

Really terrible customer service. Most dispensaries have some philosophy of honesty with new products coming out and being upfront with customers about what products work. Not this place. They were more than happy selling us a cartridge known for being finicky and only working with it's own battery (Hush), with no info on it. When we brought it back a week later, after trying to get it to work until it exploded all over me, they rudely refused to take it back and tried to tell us we must have smoked it. Really disappointing. We've since switched and all other places have expressed deep surprise at any place being that shady. Avoid them.

i really liked this place until recently. I had bought an oil cartridge which they tell you they will return. Unbeknownst to me, the cartridge I was sold does not work with universal batteries and needed it's own battery. When I came to return the product I was informed the cartridge is ok and I needed to buy a new battery. I explained that I would not have bought this brand had facts been disclosed prior to sale and was just looking to exchange cartridge for one that works. I was told "good news is your cartridge isn't broken, bad news is you can't smoke it". Needless to say, I will now be taking my business to Canna Daddy's as it is in the same area and they are cheaper, friendlier, and more helpful. Grohi, does have a couple of really amazing budtenders, it's too bad their management/ownership is so douchy

My friend & I came to GroHi Station for the first time and had such a great experience that we HiGHly recommend this dispensary as our favorite pot shop in Portland. We've been to other dispensaries throughout Portland & the customer service here is outstanding! Thank you to Haley @GroHi for hooking us up with some fire and keep up the great attitude :) Cool first-time visit discount & great deals on amazing flowers!!
