I've been battling root aphids for months and the stuff my usual grow shops been selling me was getting me nowhere. The older guy with long hair at grow generation helped me put together a pesticide program that finally worked! Really appreciate the extra time guy spent with me!

Ordered with them once, received items, needed more pieces for what I ordered and have been chasing their manager for months to no avail. I'm told I'll be called back, never am. Go somewhere else for your supplies, this place doesn't want the business. A shame since if they'd have handled a $20 order properly I would've spent 5-10k on new equipment through them.

Horrible customer service and follow-up. Four weeks ago I special ordered two items. It took over two weeks to get it in only for them to order an incorrect item. I gave them my phone number only for them to not call me. Now in the fourth week and they still have not ordered in the correct product. Save your time and money by going to other supply stores.

I've been shopping with these guys for a few years now and I will say that their knowledge, customer service, prices, and overall courtesy of the staff cannot be beat.
