Every workers here are very helpful and patient and at least they're sticking with their business hours, especially during uncertain times like this. Unlike the one across the street (*citibank). I've been helped by almost every tellers that works here since my visits are always to deposit money. And I have to say they're all very nice and helpful!!Especially Jason. He's the one help me the most and he remembers little things that makes me as a customer feel welcomed and important. Thank you for all the hard work, guys!!

So disappointed with the service of Bank of America on State Street Redlands. It is impossible to reach them by phone and make an appointment. Sadia, the branch manager, doubles as a receptionist was not helpful at all. I waited three hours for a signature verification that they did not do in the end. They said that they had a policy against doing it. Other banks provide such services. The worst part was they would not give me a letter/email saying that it was against their policy to verify the signature. Their parking lot is small and overcrowded. There are many better banks. Will take my money elsewhere.

Going to + Local and National News Stations about Racism displayed by Bank Of America at the Redlands branchI made a 100k wire which was approved by the bank. A couple days later, Bank of America is attempting to recall my wire. The Bank Manager is deeming the nature of my wire “Suspicious” and “Risky”. Definitely will talking to my attorney about this.

The place sucks, everytime I cash my pay check there, they do a a suspicious activity report on me. For what ever reason, because I get paid personal check, or what ever. Man needs money. You'd think they get it. Don't expect friendly service. May seem like it, but in all reality, they suck.

I was a victim of fraud from a man I thought I was married to and got an annulment on the grounds of bigamy and whipped me out but bofa made my life more hell and let him get away with claiming fraud on me and my mother and father having an account with them and them getting sick and needing me to handle there bank affairs I'm guessing I must come up as fraud alert I hired an attorney paid any thing the court had me pay we even have a mortgage loan paid in full by this bank but with all the mess we had to close my dad's account and can not close my mother's because as soon as my mother is cable of going into a branch if she will ever be able to this bank has cost me a tremendous amount of grief.

I would say that this bank caters more to business owners than anything. Typically there's a long line and not so many tellers assisting regular customers. I think that if they informed more people that they could perform basic banking services at an ATM their influx of customers inside would go down. If you ever do have a problem though, their customer service is very good. The manager is always looking for new ways to improve his branch location.
