Purchased oil which turned out to be defective. I attempted to return it 2 days after purchase and was told by the same guy who sold it to me I needed a receipt. Fair except he never gave me a receipt in the first place. His only suggestion was to transfer the oil to something else. Needless to say with so many other options I will not be returning.

67 years old....over and look it. Bud bit*%;.ches at the door wont let you in if you dont hand over your id to scan. That ever happen buying a beer ..no. Was told the cant sell to expired lic. When did pot stores start working for police. Follow their policy...not the law. Bs. Took my money to old toby. Owner.....never checked my id. Great conversation over really customer service.My money spends eveywhere....and my privacy is Very important. Take your biz elsewhere.........

Great customer service and atmosphere. Long-story-(kinda) short. Got a vape cartridge and some flower from em. When I got home I couldn't get the vape cartridge to work. Turns out I had an auto-draw battery, but needed a standard. Called GG to inquire and dude apologized and said to come in and he'd sell me one for $5. I was in for the night (flower power was sticky business), but went today and another gentleman (unaware of the situation) got me exactly what I needed and was true to the $5 price even though they sell for $10 (no joke dude reached into their active tip jar to make up the difference). That is true customer service when it counts most. It turned a potential 1 time customer into a guaranteed return patron and vocal advocate in a town filled with competition (for the record every shop I've been to here has been great, so no shade here)Thanks again gents. Time to get mellow.

Horrible management. Weed is dirt and they over charge you. Compare the prices at 420 carpenter and their shop, for the same weed and gypsy’s charges atleast 5$ more. Also they sell to minors. Save your money and go to the green lady. Atleast you know you’ll get good weed there and from people who care and actually know their product!!

great 5 starts best with impresive budtenders with compassion and honesty. the r s o helped me beat lymphoma as well as helped with the awful affects of steroids. of course 1000 people from 3 or 4 churches didnt hurt either, the staff and owners of this establishment greet you like an old freind. they get to know what each person they help as to what they need according to their wishes.they also expect u to have your i.d. out as they go by the book on camera whether they know you or not.i have been to other places like this but i have found the best place for the best smoke is gypsy greens.they have a great selection exclusive evidently, than different growers from other establishments.the non pesticidal smoke offers a variety of strains. some growers who supply them are doctors who grew for dispenseries. the flower is never dry and is newer harvested than others i have visited. i met the owners back when i had a licence to come in to their dispensery.they perservered thru the red taped octopus which closed most of the others down. the owners are a couple from new mexico. just like you and me. except that they got married on the set of breaking bad . they treat everyone like they give a sh

This dispensary has a slightly smaller selection of products that are not dried meds, but there is still an adequate selection. Most importantly, the employees are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the various strains of dried meds. Speaking of, new strains of flowers are available very often, which suits me especially well, as I become tolerant to specific strains rather quickly, and they become less effective at pain management. NW Express were quick to find an alternative source for an edible whose vendor was no longer able to supply the item. This sort of personalized attention and personal rapport has earned my loyalty.
