This is the best 24 Hour Fitness I have been to. I am including the new North Hollywood Super Sport when I make this statement. It's clean, easy to move around, and the staff are really friendly. M... more

Feedback:
Ok, sooooo... This place is filthy! I’m new here from out of state. I signed myself and my family up 2 days ago.. We’ve been 2 times. I sat in the sauna last night for the first time and it was disgusting! It stinks and the floor has a huge puddle of brown water in it, and the windows and door hasn’t been cleaned in who knows when. I thought since I was trying to recover from a cold I’d just go to the steam room.. I left sauna went into steam room only to find they have nothing in the steam, no mint, no eucalyptus, nothing .. Just steam that smells like people’s sweat! Oh no! I feel I may have made myself sicker.. Great nasty people! If you don’t believe in the reviews then get a free pass for a day and be the judge for yourself.. I’m canceling my family’s membership today.. Thanks but, no thanks.

Been a long-time member at 24 Hour Fitness because of their access and the fact I can simply work out in a clean (no frills) environment and do my thing. Over the years, I've seen a few locations cut back in amenities and this location is no exception. Note to management, the little things can make a big impact on customers and help maintain membership in the long run. Faucets haven't worked well for years, hand air dryers could definitely use an upgrade, and cancelling towel service at a Super Sport location wasn't a smart idea. Staff has always been friendly.
Feedback:
This place is great. Clean, and very friendly front staff. The open air basketball court on the 2nd floor was neat; I think that is what first attracted me to this place off the highway. Every class that I took had a great instructor and the trainers were professional and knowledgeable. It could use some updated treadmills, but everything else was great. They also have towel service! :)
Feedback:
Not sure what some of these awful reviews are about, this is a pretty good gym. The staff was super helpful, especially Harold. There’s plenty of machines, free weights, open space, cardio equipment, etc and everything is in good condition. My one critique is regarding the patrons. Apparently people don’t know how to re-rack their weights. This was evident on the machines but even worse with the dumbbells; not a single weight was in its place and random dumbbells were scattered throughout the gym. I’m assuming since the gym never closes, the staff never has a time to put all the weights in their place. Either way, it was a huge pain.
Feedback:
I joined a few months ago, the gym had towel service and seemed nice. Over the last 30 days it's been closed twice to sewage problems, discontinued towel service and the locker room is getting that dingy dirty vibe with trash spilling out of the floor. When you look up from some of the machines there are long strands of dust trailing from the ceiling and the ceiling fans..... This same thing happened at the Sunset Blvd 24 Hour fitness....it went from being very nice, to dirty and bad. Based on my experience during the last month, I think I am going to look for another gym soon, I don't want to get MERSA or something gross from the dirt.. for the price we should get a little more.
Feedback:
Great selection of workout equipment: cardio, weights, weight machines. Helpful staff most of the time. It can get quite busy depending on when you go. Parking is hit or miss. It has a small lot in the back and some street parking available. There is a pool, sauna, hot tub, and basketball court. Membership prices are a little higher because of the extras. See if you can start a membership while there is a deal like no initiation.
Feedback:
It's a "no" for me. First off, towel service was discontinued effective Dec 2018. Been a member since they 1st opened and have never seen equipment, customer service & cleanliness deteriorate faster at any other establishment. Equipment is rusty (to the point of hazard on some machines), bathrooms are out of order for months at a time, prices are raised every year. This location no longer needs to pay staff to collect, wash & fold dirty towels, not to mention the $$ they're saving on utilities as a result. So why the continued price increases? Managers & staff just don't care so don't bother speaking up because they're smug and disingenuous in their responses. Can't picture this gym making it long-term anymore.
Feedback:
Went in intending to use the "free" 3 day pass that I signed up for online. When i got there I was told that because I was from out of state, I would need to pay the $25 day pass fee. In my opinion, that is a very steep fee for a day pass. The staff were not very friendly about anything and I'll make it a point to never join any 24 hour fitness.
Feedback:
Horrible service! Elena, the “manager” was very rude, unprofessional and unapologetic! 24 hour, if you’re going to have employees who have no common courtesy, hire more employees who can relieve those who are overwhelmed and bad-tempered. Elena was checking in members, folding towels, handing out driver license while ignoring issue at hand. She smirked throughout the entire conversation, and ignored most of what I was explaining to her. Not to mention, 24’s customer service reps are incompetent and apathetic.
Feedback:
Just awful location. I've been to the Pasadena location and just moved away from the Northridge location. I was not a fan of the Northridge location because of how disgusting it was, this location gives me a whole new perspective. The locker room was disgusting and saturated throughout with water on the ground, you couldn't change without getting your socks wet. The whole place smelled terrible, it was hotter than the other locations, and parking was terrible and confusing. I cannot recommend less.
