Been here many times. Was super excited about this place. Now they consistently get my order wrong. And the food is overcooked. I'm gluten sensitive and for some reason I keep getting it with the bun on. I've order through doordash and have gone inside and they still mess it up. First putting the bun on, when I asked for lettuce wrapped. then completely omitted the chicken burger I ordered

This place is honestly one of the worst chains I've ever gotten food from. The food itself is decent, but EVERYTHING else is a disaster. They get my order wrong almost every time, to where I have to open every single item and look before I leave the store. Place your order online? Good luck getting a refund when they cant fulfill it. I've got better things to do than sit on hold with "chownow" for 42 minutes (no lie 42 MINUTES).They are a complete joke.

The food is delicious here. The wait is reasonable depending on how busy they are. But the food is definitely worth the wait even when they are busy. They have halal food options, so that's fabulous. The burgers are a must try. They have a soda machine (the ones where you can pick out of a bunch of flavors and all), restrooms, single seating, double seating, and quadruple seating. It's a nice experience and every time I go in, the people working there are super nice and patient.

First time I went to this burger chain (as I usually used to go to Mcd, BK, Chick-fila, or KFC). Burgerim's crispy chicken sandwiches were amazing, and included- without any extra charge- some fantasic toppings, such as peppers, cheese, and their special sauce. I also enjoyed and prefer their fries, which were on the healthy side, not extrenely fried or salted, like other places. Customer service at this place was excellent, and I got my order within 10 minutes. Definitely plan to come back here again.

ive been here about 4 times, but todays visit was horrible. the two kids making food were joking around in the back a lot and sent food out 1 item at a time. we had 3 meals, everyones meal came out burger by burger and fries came way later. the lady working there was eating her food and serving food with greasy hands and after browsing her phone, very disgusting, she should not have a job. i will not order from here anymore if the same crew is working. i hope a manager reads this and cleans house for the entire sunday crew on 4/21/19 between 3 and 4pm. they should all be fired. just disgusting and unsanitary customer service. recent visits have shown improvements

Food was just alright . Just a fancy way of selling burgers which could be compared with Wendy's. I think they are severely overpriced. 3 sliders i got for $20+ . I could have gone to a cheesecake factory to have a decent dinner. Employees were nice and service was good. The girl working didnt know if meat was halal also i doubt if its halal at all when they have pork bacon on the menu? Oh and yes i confirmed it was not turkey or beef bacon.

Pretty much fast food advertised as something better. Gave one to my wife and was upset that I got her Burger King, when in actuality, it was from Burgerim. The employees were very nice and polite but the food was cheap quality and overpriced. Go elsewhere if you have the time, Burger King if you want similar taste but better priced.

The onion rings were good. The the battered/fried chicken burger was surprisingly small for the price and deep-fried to the point that it was hard and chewy and didn't taste good. I was hungry but left 25% of the burger.The drink dispenser shut off before I could fill my glass; I only got about 60% of my drink. The food is not cheap. I will not be back. Nice interior.

Yas they're really good. I have the sliders and they were delicious from what I understand very healthy . At least that's what they told me is grass fed and it's not beef lamb or and another kind of meat I'm not sure I got the lamb. I had two different styles. One was a western style with a barbecue sauce, with onion rings on top and it was really good. The other one was just regular burger with tomatoes, and onions, and cheese. Im not a big eater. I was pretty full after the western burger and then took the other one home but if you're a good eater, you can eat two easily. So yes I really like the place it's clean their friendly. And the best part about them is they're very healthy and good for you better than beef. I'd say they were just as good as any other hamburger. Except for their smaller and you get two of them. But like I said they're pretty big all by themselves. You might like them better. They tell me They're made from the very best of lamb. They give you a choice of lamb or something else. I had lamb. So I don't really remember what the other one was. Plus I'm sure it says on there overview. So definitely check this place out. If you're around this area it's right in front of Kohl's next door to Wells Fargo in Pleasant Hill. but you can look that up on maps.

We stopped in to try a Classic burger during a special “grand” opening. Long story, short. They messed up our order. The fries are like thick undercooked chips and the burgers are small and on top of it all, since it is “Halal” , so they don’t offer proper bacon but some beef/turkey facon substitute. The burger meat had a good taste, but it was small. I will likely not return here a second time. You get better food/value at Habit burger, Fudruckers, or the counter......
