Sad to say that there are many issues with this location (not sure about others).First, customer service has decreased in quality since the Amazon buyout. Long lines are the norm now in the evenings, without managers making an effort to relive the congestion.There are no quick check out lines open after 5:00 or 6:00 pm.70% of staff members are impersonal. No hello, no eye contact, etc. Ironically, staff members have increased in number.Second, some products are simply disappearing from the shelves, although they were selling quite well. For instance, the most popular brands of Kevita drinks (Hibiscus Berry and Cherry Berry) are off the shelves. No explanation. Most staff members have no idea what is going on, when asked questions.Third, there are many empty shelves. It seems there is still reorganization of inventory and products but it appears to be quite chaotic.Fourth, the music outside the entrances/exits of the store is loud and often annoying, discouraging some people from enjoying a meal outside. I understand that people like different genres of music, at different times, but the least WF can do is lower the volume.Fifth, there is no enforcement of Health and Safety Code requirements, such as the pet prohibition. Yes, service animals are allowed, but people make their way on regular basis into the store --- including the open food bars --- with pets (no service animals). See pictures below. Staff, including managers, say and do nothing. This is a serious issue.Sixth, there are rats outside the store --- to the front right and on the right side, paralleling the back of WF's kitchen. I have seen several rats in those areas on regular basis, in the evenings, while the store is still open and people are eating on the tables in those areas. This is a health and food hazard issue waiting to happen. I have seen rats on multiple occasions enter the WF building through openings behind the bushes lining the kitchen wall.
