Great place!!! Majority of staff are excellent!!! Would have gave a five but you do have a member that is quite rude nice to some but rude to most. No names or gender I’m sure people no who it is. Instead of miss spelling your name the Young dud with the dreds is the best he has great customer service skills a man that is going to go places in life!!!!! Thanks again.

Hana is by far the cleanest, and most professional dispensary in the greater tuscon area. When Hana has you over, your in a room 1-1 with a bud tender who wants to answer all questions. At other dispensaries I feel rushed in and out. At Hana, they talk to you and get to know you and they always send you with the best pick depending on your needs. The employees at Hana dispensary arent only extremely qualified, they are also compassionate, respectful, and outright a pleasure to be around. I will always have good things to say about Hana dispensary.

Never been there, but as a patient in Michigan, I laugh at this website. No test results? Is this not required in AZ? Been to Nevada where they test everything, and comprehensive results are posted. Who is running the AZ medical marijuana program and not requiring testing of the product? In Michigan, good dispensaries test voluntarily. Irresponsible ownership. No mold testing? No pesticide testing? What are the cbd and thc percentages? Flavonoids? I'd never go here even if I could. Scary stuff.

I've spent thousands of dollars at this dispensary and spread good word about them. I really don't know why. Popcorn bud and shakey strains for 12-14 dollars a gram. Never really have what I originally wanted. I've seen the strains keep their names but change their species (Being labeled as Indica for awhile and then all of a sudden the same strain labeled as Sativa or Hybrid) This is dangerous for medicinal users. Edibles are alright in the unlikely event that they are stocked up from a 3rd party distributor. It's not like this community (disabled vets, retirees, elderly) has the choice to pick another dispensary either since the other ones are all in Tucson or over a Border Patrol checkpoint in Rio Rico. If you have means of transportation to go elsewhere, do it. Otherwise, you might be better off to wait until this one goes out of business.

Worst dispensary in Southern Arizona. The place is run by a couple of Wall Street hacks if that tells you anything. I've watched them fire every single member of their staff over the last year. Hiring minions in the meantime to keep their corporate structure. Falsifying reports and making up fake threats to scare employees. The product isn't even that good. Same strains every single day. I believe the only reason they are around is so that the locals can't have the ability to grow their own (25 radius mile law)Should be pushed out of town for their poor business practices. Save yourself the money and drama by going somewhere else. These people forget we are medical marijuana users and appreciate having good relationships with our dispensary agents. But somehow the Jenny and Chris find a way to fire every single one. Such a fraud.
