I went in and started filling out the paperwork so i could get my edibles for the night. In the paperwork i noticed a clause that doesn't follow what Arizona laws allow. It basically stated that i would not share my marijuana with patients from other states WITH proper medical paperwork. and i would only share with arizona medical card holders.So i asked why it was there as it is perfectly legal for out of state patients to use my medical marijuana should I chose to donate them some. The woman at the front got extremely irritated and refused me service, which is perfectly within her right. However as a dispensary it is completely unprofessional as i was not confrontational and i was simply asking why it was worded that way when it does not reflect what the law is.Apparently asking “why” is offensive

The lady that helped me was courteous and friendly and they actually had exactly what I was looking for. Indica tincture. First dispensary that I've been too that had Indica instead of just Hybrid. I have multiple issues but what I'm trying to address is insomnia. Their prices were half if what I've been paying in Havasu. I can't say it made me sleep any better than anything I've tried but I don't remember giggling so much since 1968. Great place, so glad I found it.

This is the closest dispensary to me, I am grateful they are here. I have been going to HANA since they opened. (Many changes over the years.) That being said, sometimes they don't have what I want/need. Prices are fair and comparable with other dispensaries. Some employees are a bit more knowledgeable and helpful than others. The location is clean and the ATM usually works. Parking is free and they are open 7 days a week!

I require an certain strain for my chronic painful muscle spasms. Most of the time I have to settle for a hybrid which only somewhat helps. Yesterday went in to get some medicine and the shelves were almost empty. I complained that I am having this trouble every time I come there. The guy didn't seem to care and when I said I'll take my business elsewhere, he sarcastically said You Will Be Back!I'll NEVER go back. I am forced to go miles out of town for my medicine

I've been a regular customer for almost a year now and I buy the same thing every few days. The last time I was in this location I was harrassed by an employee for being a regular customer and then i was accused of breaking the law by the same employee. Hana in kingman az is the worst despinsary I've been too. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I recommend you do the same ,If you want to be treated with any kind of common courtesy or respect.
