A place to find flavorful, good quality organic food! In addition, this place offers a great way to explore vegan and vegetarian options to see how they can compete with carnivorous taste, and even offer delightful alternatives to dairy, such as all the (mylks), butters and other flavors that are available. Definitely a great way to explore newer more sustainable living alternatives, a nice addition to Coachella Valley! Considering the monumental endeavor a task like this entails, there will be some growing pains, patience should be practiced.
