I was really excited to discover this delivery service especially given it's mission statement and founder. I ordered a box on 12/21 to be delivered within their open morning delivery window on 12/24 with a plan to subscribe after getting a feel for the product selection. I received a confirmation of my delivery and thought all was good to go. My delivery window came and went with no call or email explaining a delay or when I could expect the box. I called their # several times to try to get an update and even reached out via email with no reply. One time the phone did pick up but then the caller hung up. A week after, still no response, so I emailed them two more times to try to get an explanation as to why my box never showed, and I was willing to give them some kind of leniency for the holiday; however, after no one in the office ever reached out to me, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe this works in an industry that isn't as competitive but there are better, more reliable subscription boxes with better customer service who value their clients. Meanwhile, I'm still receiving promotional emails from their office.

I found Green Box while searching Google for the full extract oil I have been using for the past few years. The company that made it had gone out of business, and the dispensary I had been buying it from ran out of stock. Green Box had it in stock, so I ordered two syringes. Check out was easy, and I was pleasantly surprised that delivery was available the same day! I chose a two hour time frame that day when I knew I would be home. Five minutes after the time period began, the delivery truck pulled up, I gave the driver my ID and credit card, and he gave me my order. It was all very easy!

This was my first time using this service and I was quite impressed with the transaction friendliness and speed of delivery. The buds were big and juicy but seemed a little older. But that’s not surprising since it’s the end of August. Still a very very good value especially for delivery service. One thing that would be very helpful for me in placing future orders is to have more information about the strain offered. For instance if it’s a hybrid what is the ratio of Indica to sativa? What are its parents? I suffer from a condition that is aggravated by much sativa so that’s very important to me. If it wasn’t for the lack of information available and lack of phone number to call to ask questions it would’ve been a five star review.

What a fantastic service ! moving from California I already used a mobile dispensary as I simply don’t have time to go into dispensaries, ask questions and then do my own research to make sure I am actually receiving the medicine I want. GreenBox has changed all of this for me! Clean Green medication delivered straight to your door! I just love this service and am so happy I found it. Flower, edibles, vapes and the cleanest CBD!!!! I love GreenBox!

Really impressive lineup, I'm a flower snob and saw my fave farms, Nelson & Co and Ten Four, in my first Green Box. You can fully customize what types of products, what specific products, and what effects you'd like to experience, and the value is phenomenal. A $160 box has well over $180 worth of goods in there, with the convenience of it being brought to me. I would've had to have visited multiple shops to get that kind of product selection in one go.
