I love this place!! Very CLEAN!! Awesome friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They treat everyone the same! Great location. I’m not snooty or anything, but foot traffic is not a big part of the clientele, so I feel safe and secure. Not to mention the beautiful woodwork and general ambiance of the interior. Don’t forget about the awesome food carts! GO! NOW!!

The staff are always very friendly, the prices are amazing and they have a great selection. There is also an awesome rotation of their staff from what I've seen when I've gone in, so the wait has always been incredibly quick in comparison to other stores of equivalent size and inventory. I hope they continue to serve the public with their cosmic flower powers✌😁

I was so impressed by this Dispensary that I had to immediately tell my friends and family. Considering It can be nerve-wrecking to walk into a dispensary and be flooded with so many options I felt extremely comfortable and supported by Rachael who helped guide me. Good customer service is hard to find and this place has definitely got it! Thumbs up for Chalice Farms! Grazie!

Nice atmosphere, always helpful, and great customer service. I’m pretty much a regular here, and they take care of me every time! Easy 5/5 stars. They have a great selection for anything you want (carts, edibles, pre-rolls, bud, dabs, lighters, grinders, etc.), and the prices are great. The atmosphere is also very nice, and good vibes all around. I bought an oil cart today that malfunctioned, but I went back and they made sure I was taken care of! The managers and the budtenders are all doing a great job.

Chalice Farms carries the best brands at the most reasonable prices and always has new interesting products to share whenever I’m in the store. Been a long time customer because of the quality of the flower, but have also always enjoyed the environment that the aesthetics and friendly staff provid. You’ll get the feel your in a cozy cabin with fellow cannabis friendly people just hanging out lol

Im giving a one star review because who ever runs their google set the open time to 9am for every loctation and it actually opens at 10am. I drove 20 miles round trip just to find this out. So i won't be coming here again. I don't understand why its so hard to open at a reasonable time not all stoners sleep till 12.Updated it to 4 stars because they changed their hours and they have good service but prices could be better but fair priced for the area and that’s why i didn’t rate 5 stars

What a wonderful experience! Jackie was great when i called and asked questions and again super friendly when i checked in to the store. Kelly was fantastic ...really knew the products. She helped me find the right (clinical grade) lotion for an accident injury . Its been really helping me in my recovery . Highly recommend Damascus Chalice Farms store

We have personally been in this industry for over 12 years and we were extremely impressed by the cleanliness, beauty and amazing staff of Chalice Farms. Pretty awesome place. My favorite thing about it are the live edge counters. Awesome bud, great service. A little more pricey then I'm used to, but I was told it was because they request more testing on their products.Who knows, all in all a pretty sweet dispensary. I recommend checking it out and I will be back!

Got an eighth of weed that wheighed 1.2 grams when i got home and put it on the scale, so i called to let the dispensary know what had happened and started the conversation with " i am not asking for anything i just wanted to bring it to your attention that some of the eighths u are selling don't weigh 3.5grams". The reply i got was that they recieve their weed from a packager already pre wheighed in containers so any problem with low product wheight is probably due to it drying out while waiting to be sold. they are not even able to fix the low wheight due to not having any bud thats not pre wheighed. If its not the correct wheight someone will end up buying it anyway is the shop's attitude. I use to only come to Chalice but after being told to just "deal with it" i no longer shop here or send friends here. Chalice only cares about cash incoming not the customers that are incoming.
