Unfortunately I did not get to go into the store today. But the lady that took my order was just like having a bud tender. She answered all my questions help me fix my medical card and even charge my cell phone for a minute for me. I can’t say enough about them and I will definitely be returning. The only one thing I can say is they forgot my goodie bag but if I mentioned it to them I don’t think it’ll be a problem to get it

Very unprofessional workers. I called to schedule appointment to see Doctor for recertification. Was told their doctor was unlicensed and couldn't do it after I called and they said it was fine to see doctor. I was told very rudely that I could call somewhere else. I did Flavors of Detroit and they took real good care of me and certification was very professional. Also cheaper by $50.00

House of Dank (8 Mile) is pretty much my home team lol I love it there!! Everything is ran smoothly (even during the pandemic) and the bud is great. I usually get Chris as my budtender and I LOVE HER! She always speaks even when not bud tending and she’s so cute lol The security guys are awesome too. There very nice and helpful!! Love you guys at HOD!

I have been to 5-6 different dispensaries and I will not say the exact ones. However there is nothing like the H.O.D the price is just right and the products are worth the investment. Quality over quantity. The customers service from the girls are appreciated and I always feel safe when I go there. Thank you for great customer service!

Drove all the way from Grand Rapids to purchase concentrates. Spent a good chunk of money to help with my medical condition. The menu shows really nice product. But unfortunately, got some curbside pickup and didnt recieve what they had shown on the menu. I got some terrible planty tasting house oil that tasted like reclaim oil. Will never go back. Doesnt seem like this product was tested accordingly. If i could post a pic of this terrible product i would.

Very poor quality top shelf meds. Have spent countless dollars here and got an ounce of CASE OG that was pre Mature with hardly no thc in it. When I called to complain was told that I was just making it up after spending thousands with them. Beware young un- knowledgeable bud tenders sketchy product and shady managers. There are many better other choices on 8 mile avoid house of dank they are overrated the meds are not being regulated or checked. But you still pay taxes on it. Buyer beware Owner has little kids running his store and the supervisor was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with.

I've used there services before, and was happy for the most part. Although there is usually a long wait time for delivery the product has been decent. Today was another story, I spent 270 dollars, not a small order and my bud look like crumbs. I got a bag before that was seedy, but told myself it happens. But if you pay for top quality thats what you should get. And when you call to discuss the matter nothing is done. Didnt seem to care, it was next to shake, so beware buying from these guys!!!! Ask before you make an order!

I love how i am treated by the girls...they alll know my name and treat me really well..i love the girls.they really care about me and thats why i go here all the time...and the bud is awesome it doesnt really matter cuz they all are good...i always leave satisfied when i leave here...everyone is so very nice n the security there is awesome too....

Their website is nothing but viruses, so bad. I couldn't see anything, just my phone getting attacked. Now its 2 hours later and phone is still going crazy. Think I'll be going somewhere else. Update later that same day bank, credit cards, even my amazon prime and hulu had been hacked. Visiting their website made weeks worth of trouble for me.

Feminist dream come true! All the bud-tenders are female and today I had Kris! Definitely nice to see women in this industry!! Kris was awesome. Very patient and knowledgeable. Nice varitey of of flower with many grades and strains to choose from. Tons of carts and even CBD stuff for pets! The grab bag was pretty nice, too. Better than the other places I have gone to. Nice rewards program. High end items available and very clean inside! Love that it's well lit and not dark!! Do many other places you walk into is like a dungeon!!
