I recently when to buy clones..I bought 2 and both looked like they are stressed clones..to much light all the leaves where burn at the tip..and cut of in a angle..I brought them home..after 2 days one just died the other one still making it I have done the same on both plants so I know is not the soil..after doing some research and asking people .they have had the same issue from this place I would say check before you walk out and I'd you dont like the plants replace it for another one because once you leave really hard for them to refund or switch up the clone

As you may know they are only doing delivery for recreational use right now. They did not process my order all day, then lied to me on the phone after I got in contact with their Oakland store. They told me they "Called in the morning" to let me know that my order was under their minimum. But they never called, and I had to get in contact with the Oakland team to get their attention. Once they had my number they contacted me but it was too late. I have to work all week during their delivery hours and cannot schedule another pickup so they had to cancel. The worst part about this was that they lied to me saying they tried contacting me. The contact did not happen until after I reached out to the Oakland team as their phone number went to voice mail with a full mailbox. I understand times are tough, but don't lie to the customer to try and make things better. You had my number, I got a text saying my order was processing at noon. Why didn't you call me then?

The best in the business. Been going to Harborside since the first location in Oakland. So happy we have one in San Jose right off the freeway. No long lines, great products. Super friendly and chill security and budtenders. Joseph is my go to guy and all the greeters are welcoming without the "power Trip" that some security guards have. Do not go to Airfield supply. or elemental.. Long lines and pitbulls with attitude for security. Anyway long story short go to Harborside baby.

Very friendly staff. But I've had 4 times I've gone in to get something they have listed as available online and they didn't have the product in store. Did an online order one of those times and they were out of it but it let me order online anyways. Got a text it was ready for pick up. Went in and the lady told me I didn't have an order.

Super disappointed. A large sign boasts "best dispensary in the bay area" or some silliness like that. There was a long slow line to get to the counter. Once there, there was nothing to see, all green was packaged. There was only one topshelf tier, $50-$60 plus tax, despite the greens ranging in content from 17% to 28%. Just not a good club, especially for people who actually use cannabis. (If that cheese ball sign didn't say "best" I'd have left it at 3 stars 🤷♀️)

This was a lovely, upscale store with a happy, relaxed vibe. Open, airy and lots of light. It had clones for sale and really cool ganja-themed art on the walls that should totally be for sale as well! I gave it 4 stars only because I felt the selection was limited, and since there are so many stores around with a wide selection, this was a drawback.

Harborside San Jose apparently doesn't know that "hash" and "hash rosin" are two different things. I did a web order for some "5 star hash." The budtender and I talked about full melt and he said I was getting some great full melt - it turned out to be hash rosin. I reached out to Harborside via call/voicemail, web chat and contact through the website (text) and did not get any replies. In my opinion, while they have a lot of product they really need to get people with more knowledge to at least manage their website/inventory, though it would be nice if their budtenders had more product knowledge as well.

My go-to spot for overpriced and overtaxed cuts. The staff here is actually rather fantastic, and that's the only thing keeping this business from a one 🌟 review. These guys heavily promoted their loyalty program that would give you points towards credits on future purchases. Due to what they claim to be a change in the law, in January 2018 they blocked customers from using their points and said there would be a fix coming. (I happened to be in the store in December but nobody mentioned that I may want to use my points.) From what I know, there was never any fix and everyone simply lost all the store credits. Based on my previous visits, this ended up being a decent amount of money. I do not feel this is acceptable business practice from an ethics standpoint, and to see a cannabis business engage in such questionable behavior is disappointing. It's really not that hard to operate with integrity.

I watched people 15 deep in line waiting to be served by only 1 cashier . I asked for an item that was displayed in their showcase . I was given a half dose 15 compared to the 30 ml at the advertised price . I had to order in one spot and pay in the other spot and receive inventory in another. I ordered what was displayed and got half that I paid for and tried to communicate. I was told I’m by myself and the other person is on break. The “manager “couldn’t find a barcode to confirm the price vs the amount inventory discrepancy. Total bs. I spoke to then the store “manager “ a different guy . He understood and was disappointed at my experience but didn’t resolve my FALSE ADVERTISING issue. I left with half of what I ordered and asked for . I will never shop here again and that makes me sad . I work too hard to be deceived on false advertising. I’m done . Other customers should be very wary . harborside was once a reputable company. Not anymore

The place was clean and service was friendly. But I got a $55 1/8 that was harvested 9 months earlier. Being from out of town, I didn’t know to look for the date. I wasn’t able to smell the product ahead of time, or I’d have never purchased it. After opening, it was virtually odorless, tasteless, and the buzz is almost nonexistent. One could find better quality and prices at 2am on a Wednesday in a Mississippi casino. The cartridges were consistent with my standards and I was happy with that particular purchase.
